The room was beautiful. Very well put together, spacious and clean. Easy to access and easy to check in. There isn't hotel parking, but there is a free car park a 60 second walk from the hotel which was easy enough to find The host/staff we friendly and helpful. I needed an iron for one of my outfits and after I requested it they responded quickly and organised one to be brought up to my room.

The room got quite hot at night and there wasn't a temperature control. The neighbouring room had exceptionally loud guests which disturbed us (although we appreciate this is not the hotels fault and just bad luck!).

The room did feel special, clean, and in a good location. The bed was really comfortable and it was a joy to collapse into it at the end of the night.

There was no full-length mirror, us girls like to see our feet/shoes before going out. And the lighting over the mirror wasn't bright enough for applying makeup. The only very annoying thing, there was a green light shining brightly from the ceiling which stayed on all night. Not sure if it was for security/fire or what but it felt like a full moon was in the bedroom - we were just lucky we had had a few glasses of bubbles to conk out with. There was a plug socket not properly screwed into the wall too.

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Good location to get food and coffee in the morning and of course restaurants.

The bedroom had a small green light the was switched on. We didn’t notice it until night, it was at the end of the bed, ceiling. I couldn’t sleep and couldn’t turn it off. If it’s a security light it’s need to be switched off, very unpleasant

Being greeted by the owner was really nice and peersonal. The room and decor is beautiful and the room is huge, shame we couldn't have spent more time there. The towels, slippers location loved it

Tiny thing it was very warm, no aircon that we knew of, but it's rare for it to be so muggy at this time of year.

Perfect location for us as we go to oulton park for the BSB every year . We will 100% be booking again and would highly recommend anyone to come and stay . I can’t fault our stay whatsoever although the wife would of liked a ground floor room and I would of liked a tv

Friendly & helpful owner, beautiful decor & a central location.

Woken both days before 6am by coop delivery next door (id recommend the read room 3 to avoid this). No TV but great Wi-Fi so worth taking a devise.

attractive rooms on first floor above a shop sounds simple but the room was first class- decor bedding and en-suite.

illumination in hallway could be brighter when arriving and finding keys door locks for the first time…

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and feels very luxurious.

The only negative was that the walls between rooms are very thin so you can hear everything.

such a beautiful property/room felt so warm and homely, easy to find and hassle free all information is given before arrival which is so useful.
