Set on golf course, so views are amazing. Breakfast out on the patio area was fantastic.

Very hot weekend in Uk. Informed prior to visit that no air con was in rooms but room was provided with only a small fan, so very uncomfortable at night. Also with a room the size we had their should have been a fridge in the room and ice stations near lifts etc. Restaurant staff could have been more observant of guests. Food and drinks are expensive but they know you are quite isolated where they are located. Also didn't realise how pet friendly this hotel was and a lot of guests had dogs which were everywhere in restaurant and bar areas. If i had kbown this I maybe wouldn't have chosen this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great overall experience. The swimming pool was fantastic—clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes, everything was well-prepared and regularly replenished. For dinner, while the quality of the food was very good, I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side. That said, the ingredients were fresh and the presentation was impressive. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with great amenities and high standards of service. Would definitely recommend, especially for the pool and breakfast!

The full English breakfast was superbly delicious. In particular, the immaculate superior quality of all the food, including cold buffet cooked meats/fish would satisfy the most discerning palate. In short, it was fit for a king! All the staff were courteous, helpful and articulate which promotes excellent customer service. A special compliment must be awarded to a charming young girl named Beth on Reception, who greeted us in such a warm manner, plus assisted us with her local knowledge. In summary, I wish to return here and explore other HILTON HOTELS. Many thanks indeed.

This is merely a minor gripe, but I found the swipe card/ door latch required considerable force to gain access. A frail elderly person might easily be defeated by it. However the wide substantial door is designed for disabled access, so it is likely a strong carer would accompany the occupant at all times. Otherwise, the elegant opulent interior is highly impressive and conducive to a relaxing stay in the lap of luxury. The extended patio affords scenic views of the golf course in a truly tranquil idyllic location. The HILTON management/staff can be very proud of this exceptional Hotel!

Beautiful setting. Great staff on reception and Jo in cleaning on 2nd floor. Very comfortable bed and facilities. Easy parking and very pet friendly. Very popular with golfing community.

No A/c in room and only one small inadequate fan in bedroom. Only one broken umbrella in bar patio area in uncomfortably hot weather. Drinks and food very expensive. Pool far too warm and not a great size for proper swimming and membership exorbitant for facilities provided. Good breakfast but expensive.

The menu.... there were a lot of things on there that were put in a fancy word that we didn't understand all there was plain was fish and chips which were very nice what's happened to the plain food with good old potatoes either mashed or boiled with your lovely pie we stayed 2 nights had fish and chips first night 2nd night we had the steak which was not worth £30 for what we got that was very very disappointing when we stayed before there was lots of food plain that is to choose from so sorry to say it was a big let down with the evening menu

The food served was lovely, accommodation was comfortable and staff were nice.

We arrived at 3 pm and there were no clean rooms. Then, we were directed to the bar. At 4 p.m., we were once again told that there were no rooms ready. But after explaining, we were waiting since 3 p.m., they managed to get us a room at that point and gave us a complementary drink. However, the day just started with a significant delay, and we had to reorganise our day. There was only one towel in the bathroom and no shower gel.

Lovely location in between the Malverns and the Cotswolds, and just down the road from historic Tewkesbury, set in a stunning countryside estate with a super 18-hole golf course. We had breakfast and dinner included (very reasonable upgrade to include dinner): the food at breakfast offered a brilliant variety on the buffet and dinner was decent too, more quality bar meals than fine dining, but very tasty all the same. The dog was made very welcome during our stay, there is an area for exercising them and space in the bar and wide outdoor patio to sit with canine companions, and staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool (warm and family friendly, perfect for gentle swimming- not great for laps/proper exercise), gym and spa were all decent. In Aug 2024 there were signs advising that upgrade works/makeover is underway, which will help to modernise, although our rooms were all in good condition. Lastly the Manor House is where the luxury suites are located and this building is annexed to the main hotel by an arched, covered glass walkway, and boasts its own garden with plenty of arbour benches and flowers, as well as a library, ballroom, bar and dining area for events. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend

Only complaint was that the rooms were too warm and windows would only open a crack. There was a fan in each room, but this was just moving around warm air. Better window openings needed for better/cooler ventilation (not usually an issue in this country!).

Excellent breakfast and dinner. Room was comfortable. Have stayed previously so know what to expect and itdid not disappoint.

Previous time we were met with a glass of prosecco and when we left we were offered a takeaway coffee. Lovely touches making it stand out from other hotels. However, when I happened to metion this to the reception staff we were given a complimentary drinks voucher for the bar which was much apprecaoted.

The hotel is in a great location and surrounded by its own grounds .We had our two well travelled Golden Retrievers with us and they were looked after too . The hotels Doggy menu was really enjoyed by them both, not only did the Beef Doguignon look amazing it smelt gorgeous and they ate it all, brought to our room on a tray on plates . Excellent in every way:) The food we had was very good too and certainly would satisfy most pallets, great choices and very good quality. We will return for sure. Well worth a visit . The staff were very welcoming and looked after us very well.

Staff were lovely and so welcoming. Pool was very clean and warm. Excellent breakfast. It was my husband's birthday and they left a lovely message on the mirror and some small gifts :)

Our room overlooked some sort of courtyard where large heavy things were dragged around a lot up to 10.30pm which was a bit annoying. I don't think the room had been redecorated in about 30 years! Overall many more good things than bad.
