Great value for money. Easy access to town. Allows dogs without a fuss. Lovely staff especially the man on reception overnight and… the most comfortable bed ever…. Move over the other hotel with comfy beds and a liking for purple
Look, it’s a bit grubby. Shower an eyesore … but it was very clean. And it’s cheap. Don’t stay if you’re about looks … but if you’re happy with friends, clean and comfortable… it’s all good

We had a family room with a double bed & bunk beds. It was a nice large clean room & the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a fair size & the shower was good & easy to use. The staff were friendly & welcoming and helped us with our cases upon arrival. The hotel is l located just a 10 min walk to the Coach station & centre. It is also on the route of the no 12 bus which runs all the way through to Paignton & Brixham & it runs every 12 mins
The outside of the hotel could do with a bit of an uplift as the hotel is much better on the inside than it looks. It also has a nice large restaurant & bar which does n’t seem to be in use which is a shame. Only continental breakfast is available

Lovely welcome from staff 😊 Very comfortable bed and spotless linen. The room is a reasonable size with good storage and was lovely and warm. Plenty of tea and coffee, good TV reception and good value for money 😁 Don't require breakfast, so can't comment on that. Security has been upgraded with key pads on all doors to public areas as well as your room (you get you own, individual code when booking in)
Still a bit of work needed to upgrade the terrace (pressure washing the coloured slabs would really make a big difference) and improve the overall look of the outside. Couple of maintenance issues in the room l had this time ie cracked tile behind sink and the corner of a floor tile on the edge of the bathroom has started to lift.

Hessian was lonely polite and professional. He adhered to all our needs during our atay. and made our stay more pleasant. Room was very nice and comfortable. Continental breakfast was good. Dining room was very nice lovely and fresh and opened planned.
Entrance, hallway, and lift was very outdated and wasn't very enviting. if I would of seen entrance first I wouldn't of booked that hotel it's a shame let's the place down. Also no fridge in room which is a must especially it bee8ng so hot. Other down fall in room windows need updating ther is old windows wedged open with empty bottle and pieces of card didn't lock just shut once the bottle card being removed .

I have stayed at this hotel before. Very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. I requested a single room, preferably on the ground floor, but there wasn't one available on the ground floor. I replied the day before my arrival that it would be OK. When I booked in, they had upgraded me to a double room on the ground floor. Brilliant, I felt very looked after and was confident my stay was safe. Staff so very friendly.
There is only one thing I can say is that a cooked breakfast would have been an option. Nevertheless, the continental breakfast was OK.

Exceptional Service and Facilities at Tor Park. I am writing to express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by your receptionist, Hasaan Malik, during my recent stay at Tor Park. As a guest with disabilities and hearing impairment, I deeply appreciated Hasaan's kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness to my needs. The facilities at Tor Park were also excellent and contributed to a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you for maintaining such high standards.
Not enough unhealthy white bread. So prefer wholemeal bread

Everything was perfect near enough breakfast was great. Staff was great. Food prices were cheap and food was nice.
Couple of things just to mention. The first day we could smell cannabis in our bathroom. Checked the bin and there was traces of cannabis. We disposed of it correctly and in the right manor. This did not bother us but I’m sure it would 95% of people. I’m not sure if it’s possible to maybe contact the person who stayed in that room before us maybe to be a bit more careful. Secondly a fire alarm going off at 1:30 in the morning. Can definitely laugh about it now but was rather annoying at the time whilst also being told it was just a drill. 1:30 is a weird time to have a drill for a fire alarm. However the stay was great let’s not forget that and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Very helpful bringing a fan to the room for us to keep our dog cool. The location was fine, about a 10 minute walk to the sea front. Clean and comfortable hotel, nice looking room with everything you would expect in such as hair dryer, shower gels, tea and coffee. For the price I was happy with the hotel and would stay again.
No major issues. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but that's preference and the room was very warm, but staff helped with a fan and the weather was very hot during our stay. The WiFi didn't reach the room but wasn't an issue to us.

Quite good location, good room, nice bathroom, nice view, quiet basic room, clean, very good value for money. Staff responsive reported a problem with a shower am and was fixed when came back eve time. Points to work towards: slamming doors from individual rooms and fire doors from corridors may wake you up if light sleeper, noise in the outside pub area at night when there were inconsiderate loud customers- maybe after 10 should go in?
As above + car park says available does not inform you is paid untill you ask, paid car park near the end whereas free 20 yards away on a main rd
