Room was clean, shower was great, and the location was perfect. There were cereal and snacks available along with milk. These rooms are handy to everything. The cleaner was there when we arrived and she was great, very friendly and helpful, she even helped us get our bags up the stairs.
The room was very hot, so we had to open the windows. Luckily for us the bar downstairs was closed, so it wasn't noisy. I had sent three messages in the two days before, asking if we could access the room earlier to drop off our bags, but received no reply or acknowledgement, so my overall rating reflects this.

Didn't have breakfast, but there were croissants, cereal, milk supplied as well as teas, coffee etc. It was beautifully clean and the chambermaid was lovely, smiley, friendly, helpful. Use of a fridge was a nice touch.
The keypad on the outside door was a bit temperamental. The shower room was ok for me but a larger person might have had difficulty with access due to the layout of the room which prevented the door from opening completely.

Great location, clean quiet room, there was an unexpected, simple cold breakfast in the room with the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Staff in restaurant downstairs were friendly and helpful. Nina responded to my phone call about access promptly.
Minor issues, tv remote did not work, curtain was a bit thin for light sleepers as there was a security light outside. The seal on the shower door let water through. We didn't read the text fully, so didn't find the entrance at first, our fault but a no. 7 on that entrance door would have helped.

The location was very convenient, the room was very clean and the staff were great. The remote to the TV wasn't working, I reported it, and within 10 minutes, we had a new remote delivered to our room. Good value £190odd for two nights isn't the cheapest, but it's not breaking the bank
Our room was boiling, I think we must of had a heating pipe running under the floor. The radiator was off, but the room was uncomfortably warm to sleep in. Parking in a pay & display car park wasn't the best, but it was free after 1800, so it only cost a few quid

The room was clean & comfortable, with some nice touches, and the location is good, just a few yards off High Street. I stayed on a night when the restaurant was closed, so I didn't see any staff at all. They give you the code for the exterior door lock, and your room key is in the door.
I needed to spend some time working on my computer, so I would have preferred a chair rather than a stool to sit on. Parking is limited to a small public car park a few yards away, so could be tricky if arriving during working hours as it's commonly used by shoppers and only has 11 spaces (+ 5 disabled). Should be fine after 6pm however when the charges stop. Use the MiPermit app to pay for parking the night before so you don't have to dash out and buy a ticket at 8am when the charges start.

Comfy beds, great variety of drinks and good breakfast provided. Location was perfect
Lack of privacy due to the huge window coming down very low and no opaque glass or privacy screen. Front door VERY sticky and when we phoned for help, there wasn't any so it was extremely fortunate that my husband understood that type of door. Somewhat unimpressed with the attitude of the woman at the other end of the phone!

We ate in the bar, the food was excellent. The staff were very friendly. I couldn't ask for more. The Brisket fries were delicious. I tried 'tobacco onions' for the first time. I've since been inspired to create teh same dish at home for my family. ☺️ They don't serve breakfast but give you cereal, pastries, and theres a communal fridge with water and milk in the hallway. There's a kettle in your room and all the tea and coffee you need.

Good location for the centre of Whitchurch. Adequate size for two people for a one night stay. A fan was provided as it was hot weather. Breakfast supplies left and real coffee and a cafetiere. Clean towels and shower gel, shampoo and body lotion.
Nothing - all was good. Rooms are above a bar, which may be noisy. Luckily it was not open on a Tuesday night.

Easy to locate and the staff were outstanding! Myself and my partner were attending a wedding all day and were unable to just nip and check in. I phoned the staff and explained they explained how to get to the property and how to enter etc passed the check in time with a specific code. I had all the details on text as well which was a life saver after a few drinks lol! Very comfy bed and just what we needed to lay our heads.

Central location and clean and tidy but no direct contact with staff. Neat bright rooms and convenient for a nights stay.
Had to phone for toilet paper, communal fridge had only two empty bottles of milk, the towel had a big hole in the middle of it and coco pops with two dry bread rolls for breakfast was uninspiring. Was OK for a one night stay. Coffee and breakfast was available nearby.
