Location was lovely and quiet. Our room looked out over the large garden and hill. The cooked breakfast was really tasty and plentiful, and we were supplied with lovely baked treats during our stay. Location was great for walking, and Ruth kindly gave us a lot of advice on where we could go walking, and even recommended and booked restaurants for us in advance. It is definitely worth going slightly further afield than the the local pub for your evening meals, as there are some excellent restaurants not too far away (Woods in Dulverton was our favourite). Our room (the double) was spacious, comfortable and well decorated, and the shower in the en-suite was excellent. We were able to use the guest drawing room or sit out in the garden in the evening which was a great way to relax. As is sometimes the case with B&Bs, it was requested that we vacate the house rooms during the day (I think until 4:30pm) which wasn't a problem for us. We hope it won't be too long before we're able to visit again!

The host (Ruth) was very attentive and helpful. She gave excellent recommendations on walks, restaurants and was generally very welcoming. Breakfast was great and very filling! Withypool itself is a small quant village, with enough to do for a day or two (walks, pub and very good cafe).

The breakfast was excellent the location central in Exmoor and easily accessible to the whole area as well as great walks from Kings Farm itself . The room was very spacious clean comfortable with a large well equipped bathroom and an amazing garden we would highly recommend this B and B.

The property was absolutely spotless and Ruth gave us a very warm welcome with tea and cake! We will definitely return next year.

The bed was a little too firm for our liking but apart from that the was nothing to dislike at all.

From tea and cake when we arrived, to arranging a special birthday meal at a local restaurant, nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. The setting is stunning, with lots of activities within walking distance or a 30 minute drive. Highly recommended.

Excellent rooms, facilities and spacious gardens. Good location with friendly service and warm welcome. Great for walking, visiting north coast resorts and attractions. Good pub and cafe nearby. Wonderful drive and approach to house and delightful bridge on approach to property.
