This was an excellent location between the M1 & A1(M), so very easy to access if touring the many attractions in this area. The room was very good; clean, well equipped & had air-con which was a blessing as it was a bit hot! Bed was comfortable & the room had everything you'd expect. Staff were friendly & helpful. The adjoining pub had a good range of food & drink, although I didn't actually go there for a meal/drinks. Also had plenty of free parking which was a bonus & the price was incredible for the quality of the room. I'd definitely stay here again if I were in the area.

Nice hotel, its comfortable to have a car park, looked as a beautiful place. There is a pub where you can enjoy your food and drinks. I believe you can go for a nice walk there, but I am not sure, I didnt have time for it. In overal was good, but depends how much you pay per night.

Maybe staff forgot, but had only one bath towel, no tea or coffee, but there was some sugar and the tray for all the things and kettle. Deposit of £50 is a bit dissapointing, because once you have checked inn, you have to check the room for everything, to make sure you get your deposit back. I personally dont like to go to reception and point on everything what is not working properly, because I came to hotel to relax and not to tell what is not working or damaged. Electronic keys time to time not working, I could not get to the room.

Excellent staff, very clean and tidy, fabulous food, easy and simple to check in. The whole experience of staying here is very relaxing and warming. The food is brilliant and I have never seen larger Yorkshire puddings when having the carvery. I have now stayed here 4 times and I will be staying here again!

It is hard to say what could be better. Maybe updating the USB charging points in the rooms to USB-C ports, but this is a Premier Inn wide thing. An instruction guide to the Air-Conditioning, those things never seem to make sense!

Good location and clean and tidy

We had a real issue with the room keys. We stayed 4 nights. On 2nd night key had stopped working for one of the two rooms booked. We rang the emergency number twice which was not answered. Eventually we managed to find the night member of staff who told us the emergency number was not working which is u acceptable especially co sorry g the we had an accessible room booked. Keys were reprogrammed. Night 3 keys did not work again. This time the emergency phone number did work but we had to walk over to the adjacent pub to get cards reprogrammed as it turned out the person the night before had not done it correctly.

Room is good, clean and comfortable. I think the rooms are better than the premier inn closeby, for similar cost. Access is good, and parking appears safe and secure. No issues decent stay. Staff were pleasant.

The food and drink aspect of the stay was not good, although these were "extras" to the room, and paids as you go. No Guinness available, and the pint of poretti lager bought was dreadful, I left it. Food (burger and chips came relatively quickly and was ok, but not great. Passable at best. recommended, not really. Ended up going to the bar in the premier inn across the roundabout for more evening drinks. they had Guiness and better beers.

An excellent budget stay. Great, quiet rooms which are far enough away from the main road for it to not be too much of an issue. Staff could not have been nicer, more friendly and genuinely caring about us and our stay. The rooms are away from the pub, which means you’re not kept awake by people in the pub nor woken early by the kitchen cooking breakfast. For the price tag, this was great and exactly what we needed as a one night stop off.

The bed was really firm, and there were a couple of hairs in the bathroom from previous occupants. But again, for the price these are minor points!

We went to the restaurant that belongs to the hotel the first night just arrived 8:30 we went in the restaurant at 8:50 and was told we close at 9 that was it. Thought they would ask the shef if there was anything that they could do but nothing they just walked off. The last night there was about 20 rock band members that turned up late and gave no respect to any people that was already in bed asleep at 12:45 not good. Spoiled the stay there.

Firstly the staff were so friendly. A road closure meant a later than expected arrival, and I had to make two phone calls to the property. They were very polite and put us both at ease. The breakfast was superb. Brilliant value and both hot and tasty. Room was comfortable and clean.

The only reason I didn't give this property a 10 was the directions The postcode directed me a good 1/4 of a mile from the hotel. And the hotel is tucked back from the road, so it is not visible..especially in the dark. Also, being on floor two, when you entered the property, the signage pointed to the rooms on the first floor. No mention where the door was to go to the second floor. A direction arrow would be advantageous.

Location was nice - specifically if you drove in and you like amenities nearby. Close enough to walk into Worksop if youre so inclined Free Wifi is always nice and it was nice to have a number to call outside of hours. It's seperated from the pub which i didnt think was super clear from the images, so it was a quiet sleep :) Staff was friendly and professional

The bed was quite uncomfortable and the windows wouldnt open. The air con worked but was slower than I expected to really impact the room temperature. Manual shower set up - (its attached to the bath tub tap rather than a seperate electrical set up. It worked fine, but its a little finicky and a bit dated tbh.

Food - Very good and plenty of choice Clean - The room was spotlessly clean Comfortable - The bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of spare pillows Parking - Although not secure parking, it is not viewable so I felt safe leaving my car their

Bathroom - No pull handle to activate the shower. The shower worked but little things like that make you think! Room Allocation - I called a week or so before arriving to request a room not near the main entrance. The previous 2 times I stayed at this location I was by the door and didn't find it relaxing and hard to sleep. Even though I requested this I was not put into a room on the second floor away from the main door. The manager sorted it with no fuss at all, but the note was not read prior to room allocation.
