I enjoy that the location is right off the highway and very easy to find. It is located near a Pizza Hut, KFC/Taco Bell and McDonald's so it you want a quick cheap meal you can just walk there. If you want to eat a moreblocal meal or from one of the Route 66 Diners that is only a few minutes drive away. Very close to everything in town. I recommend visiting, Bearizona, Canyon Coaster and the Poozeum. You can check in online which makes the process much smoother when you get there. My son had a separate room but we were next to each other and had a door that connected the rooms. There is an indoor pool that is not heated and a large hot tub indoors as well. They do provide towels at the pool but they are kind of small; they do the job but adults might want to bring the ones provided in their room. They had free coffee, cocoa and French vanilla machine located on the first floor which was nice for the cold mornings and evenings. There are vending machines on both floors but the one on the first floor is cheaper. They have a restaurant connected to the hotel but it is a little pricy. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are going to be visiting Williams, AZ.

Margie went above and beyond during check-in. We had reserved a Mobility Accessible room, and the one we had came with a tub. Margie did everything she could to see if she could transfer us to one with a walk-in shower. It was not possible for the night we were staying, but she reserved it for our return visit two night later. That made check-in---again with Margie--that much easier when we returned. Also, when we plugged in our phone charger, a breaker tripped in the room, and we lost our electric. Margie made several phone calls until she found someone who could come in and fix the issue. Both rooms were a great size, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom ...with the accessibility was great in both rooms. The foyer was very inviting, and there was always ice water available. The location was good, and we enjoyed the town, especially all of the RT 66 paraphernalia. It is also the starting point for train to the Grand Canyon.

We spent one night at the Ramada after riding the Grand Canyon Railroad. We had a suite room and it was huge. The prices are reasonable. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet and the staff were were great. The location was perfect just off the highway and a short drive to the town center.
There are some areas that are showing their age and looking a little in need of some maintenance/updating. For example, the ice and vending machines on our floor had been removed and there was just an empty room.

We stayed at this hotel for one night in the first days of 2024. We had to stay here because we were stuck on the road on the way to Las Vegas due to a big accident in a snow storm. There were a lot of people booking in this small town that night and this place was the one we found after visiting three other hotels that were either already full or didn't have Internet. We were there only 6 or 7 hours. The location for our interest was great, the room very complete with microwave, mini fridge, tea and coffee maker, and the bathroom well equipped, everything fine.
Internet was not good. But maybe the problem has to do with circumstances.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The employees were really nice. It's close to the old route 66 with lots of places to eat and shops. The indoor pool was very clean and enjoyed by all of us. The beds were very comfortable. Even though our room faced the highway, we were far enough back so that we did not hear the traffic. The restaurant (not affiliated with the hotel) was amazing and fairly priced for the area.
Our "view" was the pool "house".

Clean property, a tad dated but a great value nonetheless. Perfect location right by downtown and Bearizona. This was our second time staying at the property, and we will hopefully be back. Also, with the exception of what happened with housekeeping, the staff was very kind and attentive.
A small snafu with housekeeping seemingly attempting to force us out of room earlier than checkout and waking us up twice. Other than that, we enjoyed our time there.

The location is situated and closer to Grand Canyon area
Staff communication. All in all it was a good stay. I would say is that we have a toilet clog issue that day and water overflow from the toilet bowl during our stay and before I left the hotel I went the front desk and inform, let them know about the issue. Only to learn and knowing that they never assist and cleared our room issue when we get back to the hotel. We got back to the hotel late night one staff in the frost desk, no maintenance staff in the facility and they let me deal with our issue and give me a plunger.

Very nice motel, near to the Grand Canyon. Although it was close to the Interstate Freeway, we could not hear any noise from that road. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. We were on the second floor (USA style, 1st floor UK). There were black-out curtains on the window (which was good since the room faced the indoor swimming pool which was fully lit all night).
Free coffee was only from 6:00-9:30 AM, and we felt that for the price that we paid for the room it was disappointing that there was not a free breakfast. The restaurant was quite expensive.

The welcome by Magie was amazing, considering she was on her own working she was very efficient. The pool was a nice size and the spa was a lovely temperature. Having a supply of towels at the pool was really good did not have to use the ones in the room, The shower was lovely especially the temperature of the water and the toiletries were a great brand. The supplies of coffee and tea was appreciated. The curtains made the room dark allowing no sun through.
The decor is a bit dated, there were stains on the carpet which they had tried to get out. Perhaps I missed but having a shower in the pool area would be useful especially those people going from the spa into the pool. The bath needs new sealant. The tv was strange that it was not in the sitting area but in the bedroom area.

The location was excellent for both visiting the Geand Canyon and visiting Williams centre. The indoor pool is an excellent facility.
The hotel seemed a bit dated, and in terms of amenities, whilst there were 4 coffee options in the room, only one creamer was supplied. More were available in the lobby, but first thing in the morning, we did not want to run down there. There were few electricity outlets to charge devices and charging was very slow.
