The property was easy to locate. Near a few eateries and gas stations in a well lit, secure area. The property was very clean and modern and despite what seemed to be pretty packed house the nights we stayed the room was quiet and comfortable. The gentleman working the breakfast area (apologies for not remembering his name) was very friendly and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

The ONLY thing I would say could be improved (and this is very much a personal preference/dietary issue) was a bit of a better variety of proteins at breakfast. The options felt a little limited and carb heavy but overall was still a decent breakfast option, better than many I have seen.

Food was well prepared. Very clean food area and a great host who prepared the food.

Housekeeping could be better. We stayed 2 days and our room was never cleaned. We were gone a good portion of 1 day and I requested new towels and I never received them. My daughter had to get towels from the front desk. We also let the front desk know about how Housekeeping did not do there jobs. Other than that everything and everyone else was great.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Good price point. Right off highway. If need to be near Arkadelphia good choice. Some might not like the old style showerhead but I like the pressure and options.

Handle on my shower was on upside down. Plenty of hot water but took a few minutes to figure out direction to turn (my friend's was on correctly.) I told staff about so hopefully gets fixed.

We were greeted when we entered and they were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was fantastic (many places aren't so great) as we like to sleep with it cold in the room. The shower was large and we had probably the smallest size available and it was still comfortable and exactly what I ordered.

The hotel was in a great location. The hotel was clean including the hallways and room itself. Everything was well prepared for our arrival. The room was clean no complaint there. I liked how the pool was available to use with room temperature water. They had a restroom and shower area to use which came in handy. The breakfast was super delicious with so much variety probably the best I've had to be honest. I will definitely come here again if given the opportunity.

The pillows seemed comfy but once you laid your head on them they deflated like balloons. Kind of made them useless and I didn't sleep to comfortable because of it.

The breakfast was lovely with a variety the two mornings we were there.

I understand that there is no cleaning service for guests who stay two nights. That is all well and good as I understand you are saving money and dealing with staff shortages. Therefore, there need to be multiple towel racks that accommodate bath towels so that our towels can dry overnight. Whoever thought that three pegs right by the toilet would suffice? The stand-alone sink is aesthetically very pleasing, but our toothbrushes kept falling onto the floor. The outlets above the sink were situated just above the shelf, so it was very difficult to plug in the hairdryer. I honestly think that the people who design these facilities must not take into consideration how impractical they are.

Room was ok. Nothing special.

Bathroom was not cleaned well. Long hairs on the floor and in shower. Used bar of soap in the shower from previous guest. Wanted to shower before checking out but didn't. Breakfast was not like advertised either. It was ok but have definitely had better. Nothing to brag about. Not much selection. Wanted to swim but the pool area was about 120°NO VENTILATION

Room size was good for a King room. The room and hotel were clean and fresh. The bathroom had a large vanity, was bright, and had a walk-in shower, so a very good bathroom! Having the two little nightstand / shelves is very helpful!

No real negatives for a one-night stay.

Linens smelled great! Loved the covers. Loved all the handicap rails in bathroom. Sierra & Cassandra were very nice!

My husband hit his head on the shelf nightstand during the night. I think they should be more at mattress level for ease of use while laying in bed

Comfortable beds. Nice staff. Great breakfast and Dean who was in charge of the breakfast always greeted us with a smile and good morning. Close to Lake DeGray which was our destination.
