Comfortable enough. The thermostat was a little confusing. We had to "fight" to get our breakfast early but was able to get it.

The thermostat, being told by evening staff that it shouldn't be an issue getting a to go breakfast as we headed to an early flight. Also not being assured that we could get a ride to the airport as purportedly they only ran really spaced out. Adding pressure to our morning. Also when I booked I asked for 2 beds and without any warning, we found that we had a king size bed.

The night receptionist was not friendly and helpful. The guests could speak limited English and asked to be spoken to very slowly. The lady was pretty rude and did not make an effort to be helpful. Booking.com had not made the payment to the hotel. Thus they had lots of trouble trying to get a room and had to payout of their pocket. I had paid through PayPal two days prior and nothing was paid to the hotel itself. I filed a complaint and for a refund, but to this day have not gotten any response, other than the complaint had been submitted.

The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious

The restaurant downstairs did not have good customer service at all the waitress called my sister in law a bitch , because she ordered some cheese sticks and had to wait over 45 minutes on them I don't remember her name but she black and twisted hair she needs to know how to treat people besides that the hotel was great definitely but needs more lighting in the rooms hard to do make up but I will definitely go back ,but not to the restaurant downstairs.

I liked the big atrium area. See thru elevator. Two entrances.

Hall carpet looked a little worn. Room was fine. They have a breakfast at 6:00am. The staff gets there about 4:00 and they are very loud. A lot of shouting back and forth across the room and dropping metal trays. Then at 6 the meal starts and the crowd coming to eat are louder than the staff.

The room was very clean, A/C was already on. It gave an "at home" feel. Most rooms I've been in you had to turn on the units and the rooms are stuffy till cool. This one was ready for guest. The staff at check-in very friendly and even at check-out. They have a restaurant on site, very reasonably priced. They have a complimentary shuttle service to the airport.

Vending machines where empty. (No midnight snacks...) This really didn't have tings I didn't like.

when I checked in, the first room was being worked on by maintenance, and they didn't know. The second room they have two doors to enter the room and I was took which door to use, no guidance 😐..The signs of room order needs to be updated in the hotel

The room was nice. Having housekeeping come by every day was great. So glad that has returned. I hope other properties have done the same. Hot water in the shower and the curtain rod didn't fall. Most importantly, unlike my last stay at another brand, closer to the center of downtown, La something, I felt secure. I didn't spend a lot of time wondering if someone was going to break into my vehicle.

The ice machines were out almost the entire time. Other than that and a bad light bulb everything was just about as close to perfect as you can get. Oh! There were the side doors that wouldn't open for whatever reason. That was a little annoying. Minor inconvenience.

We were surprised that it was not included in our room price, it was no different than all of the free breakfast except there was more of it and we had real plates. It was nicely displayed and there was plenty of food.

Paying for breakfast and our pipes made noise, lots of noise. I would have preferred a more secure parking area.

The hotel was less then 10 minutes from the airport. The airport shuttle service was good. It starts at 4 am. Easy to get a Lyft to downtown. And, my room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was an excellent value!

staff could have look information before confirm reservation not exist up on only checking last name, my reservation was there with first name.
