the room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was basic and not to our liking (the coffee was cold and there was only carbs and carbs on the menu). Check in and check out was smooth. We felt safe.

The breakfast was poor. Everything was pre-prepared - nothing fresh apart from the apples and bananas.

We booked a deluxe room as it was our last couple of nights and we wanted the space to repack and also wanted to ensure we had a bath. Well the bath was a spa one and even though we didn't use that function, it was great as it was so deep! Had a fridge, sofa, lots of space, was quiet, clean, parking OK. Breakfast was fine but not as big a range as others we have stayed in - it was fine though.

The only thing to watch out for is turning off the main road into the property - coming from Half Moon Bay to be safe (and legal maybe?) you need to go past the property and turn left, then turn round to go back right on to the main road to turn in. Also, for the first time I neglected to check the fridge dial temperature before putting our food in so consequently the pre-roasted chicken we had hot on the 1st night was in fact frozen solid by the 2nd!

Good location. Simple free breakfast and coffee in lobby starting at 6:30 - yogurt, bagels, cereal

The back parking lot had trash that could have been picked up to give a better experience. Not just one spot, but various around the parking lot. It was there Friday when I checked in, and still there Sunday when I checked out. A mix of old and new trash. The front street facing parking lot looked clean. So that was a little disappointing I’ve stayed here a few times and this was the first time I had a room in the back facing the back parking lot.

The room was very nice. The breakfast was good but it was continental (no eggs or breakfast meats). Parking and room access were super good and even though the hotel is on the Pacific Coast highway our room was very quiet. Beach access is just minutes away via walking with the trail starting in the NW corner of the parking lot.

Our jetted tub was missing the integrated plug but a quick stop at Ace sorted it. I let the staff know and they were very receptive and added it to the list to be fixed after we checked out.

The room was comfortable and clean.

I requested a ground floor room but when I got there they said we had a second floor room. If we wanted a ground floor room we had to pay $10.00 more and I was not happy with that. Also there were not a lot of selections for breakfast. I would have liked some eggs offered.

We loved it that the room was in the back, facing away from the highway. It was nice and quiet all day. We also loved that the coffee was available all hours and we helped ourselves quite a bit!

The internet was spotty in the rooms, and we had to go to the lobby to use the internet where it's more reliable.

The rooms were clean and comfortable! The breakfast had waffles and many other choices. Parking close to the room.

I didn’t realize that the door didn’t lock when we left to go to dinner. Nothing was missing but it was unsettling!!! We were near the front and busy pathway. I made sure to secure from inside but not anytime we left room was this possible.

Hostess was courteous & friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was basic but the whole fruit was very good. Breakfast area was very clean. Not far from some beautiful coastal viewing.

Shower had a bit of what appeared to be mold. Could have used a bit more variety on breakfast.

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Refrigerator and TV worked well. Good parking.

There was no phone service. My phone couldn’t get a signal in the room and the WiFi didn’t stay connected. Inconvenient but can happen when you are away, so it was ok. For some, it could be a deal breaker.

Beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable Clean comfortable room

They accept pets but don’t really have an area to potty them except for a small area about 100 sq feet in the back of the parking lot. Also the air conditioner in the room points directly to the couch next to it so if you sit there you freeze, they should have deflectors on them to point up.
