Drinks and app at Shelby roof top was great! A little too expensive.. but great view and good food and drinks. Bfast at Bean bar was pretty bad. The food was not even McDonald's level. Frozen and reheated pre-prepared sandwiches were cold and had to be returned for reheating. They were overwhelmed, understaffed. Coffee order was not done the way I requested it. NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS

Reception staff was always available and welcoming. The room was clean, gym available 24/7. Location good if visiting Moscone Center.

Breakfast was expensive, not that many choices to choose from. Location is central, so noise from the street is heard during nighttime as well. If you are a light sleeper you might want earplugs. In the room, all lamps did not function.

More prompt room housekeeping services would be appreciated Next to the road, therefore in the night if you are a light sleeper, there may be some traffic noises

Modern but comfortable. Room was smartly designed. Loved having a robe as standard. The bath products were also very nice. Lovely restaurant and roof lounge on the top floor with a beautiful bar at the lobby level. We loved our stay at Canopy and we'll be back.

The table in our room was pretty beat up but the other furnishings were fine. Would have been nice to have a lounge chair in the room.

Didn't get to try their roof top restaurant except to look around in the evening. My schedule was tight but I heard good things about their food and would love to try it next time.

Parking is very expensive and only valet parking is available at the hotel for $75/night. This is not mentioned at Booking.com website and can lead to sticker-shock!

environmentally conscious, super clean, modern hotel about a 10-15 minute Uber from popular restaurants, fisherman’s wharf, pier 33 (Alcatraz boat ride), painted ladies. great food & drinks at the rooftop bar, and the hotel gives you a $30 credit for the rooftop bar each day due to some tax fee you have to pay for the city of San Francisco.

Nothing super walkable around the hotel, would need to Uber or drive (minimal parking in the city near touristy destinations). Pricier side, but to be expected in SF.

The location and the facility were good. The room was less than great. No place to sit other than the bed, except for a wacky bench type seat that was unusable. The staff accommodated me with a temporary chair. But still less than optimal.

The room was ok but as noted above it was a strange situation as far as sitting.

Great location across from Moscone. Uber access to rest of city. The rooftop restaurant is suprb and well priced. Convenient cofee house in lobby. Room extremely clean and well designed. Great views from corner room.

Wonderful rooftop restaurant and after hours bar with views and good food, couches and tables for whatever your mood. Great bar and lounge area in the lobby, too, and cute cafe for morning coffee in lobby. Room was small but stylish and spotlessly clean. Had a refrigerator and coffee station. Walking distance to Oracle Park for concerts. Very close to MOMA.

The bar, lobby and lounges were beautiful and comfy. The curating of each room was exceptional. Love the attention to detail. The bar tender at the lobby bar was super friendly and made us a great cocktail. The valet was also super helpful and friendly. Loved the staff.
