Helpful, nice and kind staff including housekeeping. Cleanness. Fridge, micro, coffee, TV in the room. Comfortable beds. Problemfree wifi. Free parking. (We arrived pretty early, then the parking lot was almost empty. However, the number of the available parking places is less than the number of the rooms, so hurry up.) Although breakfast is not available here we were given a list of safe and non-expensive eating and shopping places in the vicinity.

Nothing to do with the location. The inn is on the edge of the "homeless quarter", which means that you can see some homeless people nearby but much-much less than in some other districts. However, we found them harmless. No insult, no contact. On the other hand the location is perfect to visit the skyscraper district. We even walked to the "seal pier" Fisherman's Wharf and back.

Bedroom was comfortable. Location was nice, close to public transport and stores. Excellent staff.

I did not feel safe as the ground floor bedroom was too exposed to an open street that passes inside the space of the hotel. So many random people were walking over there making loud noises, even at late night.

Bed comfy, showers was great, parking was free but limited. All amenities were working (microwave, fridge). Better than expected for me.

A little bit of a shady part of town. I was lucky every time I needed parking… but some days it seemed the lot was full overnight.

Should booking dot com be allowed to arrange for people to stay in this dangerous area of San Fran It is without a doubt a bad area for drugs and homeless who bother you constantly, even to the extent of knocking on your door in the early hours if lights were on

Spacious room, relatively clean. TV was a bit of a pain because controller wasnt properly paired, they corrected it immediately when I told them. Yea the area isn't Malibu but it's the city, there were no Shenanigans. Great value.

Nice staff, a very tidy and clean room, well equipped with fridge, coffee machine etc. Free parking. Easy access to the freeway, walking distance to Market street an cable cars. Good price for the quite central location and the access from Oakland Bay bridge. I really recommend this hotel.

Staff is always very friendly. Rooms are clean. Location is great.

If I had to pick something, it would have to be that I can't get extra towels.

Parking available, you usually pay extra for on site parking lots in SF. plus there was security cameras to keep an eye on things., wi-fi included, ice machine outside in good working order, beds nice and firm. Cable tv had a lot of stations. Room clean and tidy. Was able to get food delivered through Toast app. and Uber Eats, (no close, nearby restaurant though). Staff in office very nice and helpful.

Location of motel difficult to find, several taxi drivers even had no idea where it was. Bathroom sink drained slowly. Fridge not very cold. Air conditioner didn't turn on so opened window instead, little noisy because of freeway traffic.

Clean and handy to everything. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Lack of car parking for guests and small car parks

Appreciated the early registration of my car to enjoy lunch with friends from out of state.

There was nothing I can recall I didn't like. Location was good, room was clean.
