i liked the room location was close to our car, and we felt our car was safe, we liked the space in the room had enough room for 6 people, the bunk beds came in very handy, we all slept comfortably. the location was nice.

I think the sheets and comforters could have been washed, they were washed but maybe double check them before people come in, because our sheets were dirty , my daughters bed had spots of blood, my sons bed had hair, tiny hairs and it was dirty with dirt. maybe double check the sheets and under the comforters. that's all everything else was great. the rest of the room was clean.

Me and my bf came from Riverside, Our stay was amazing! Hotel staff were quick to response if we had needed anything, and everyone working there is super friendly. The hotel itself and the room was beautiful and clean, with wifi and complimentary breakfast with our room. I love the parking when it comes to this property compare to every place. All the other surrounding hotels charge so much per night and no ins and outs! But with Signature San Francisco hotel parking prices are affordable WITH ins and outs, plus your car being locked in and secured!

There isn’t anything I didn’t like about this hotel, the building was beautiful with friendly hotel staff eager to help out to elevate our stay!

The location was great for the event we were in during the weekend. The rooms are small, but they are very convenient. I really don't have any complaints and will probably stay there next year for the same event.

I would say that it can be a noisy with the peeps and the traffic. The windows are very thin, lol. The elevator didn't work, and we had to go up 3 flights of stairs, which can be a problem for someone who has a handicap. Would recommend bringing your own shower head too, because the one they had was very weak water pressure.but good thing whenever we travel, we.bring our own. Also, you have to let the water run for a few minutes in order to let it get hot. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Good location for Folsom event.

The location for me was pretty good, it was like a 5 to 7 minute walk from the Civic Center BART station. Keep in mind, the Civic Center BART is not the best place to be walking around at night, but during the day, it was completely safe, we walked with out luggage to and from the station with no issues. It also felt pretty safe that we had to use our room keys to get into the front door and the desk agent made sure to pay attention to us, even greeted me by name the second day. The room was super cute and trendy. The bathroom was nice and clean, but had the tiniest shower. The mini fridge was convenient but also tiny tiny tiny. There is a microwave in the lounge area which was super convenient for our leftovers.

The homeless people made me feel a bit more cautious about moving around outside at night. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are super cautious or afraid of the nuances of city life, like homeless encampments, traffic noise, being close to the city center. Also, we did not have a vehicle but that parking structure was so tiny, I can't imagine having to try and park even a Toyota Versa in there. There were unfortunately tiny roaches in the bathroom on our last day, not be best thing to experience but I almost thought people were lying in their reviews when we didn't see any our first 3 days. Lastly, the walls are pretty thin so...if you are a loud lover, your neighbors will have auditory stimulation overload so be mindful of others please, could make it a bit awkward, LOL.

We loved how the parking was in a secure garage, although it was limited parking, it was secure. The area had far less homeless individuals than areas nearing fishermans wharf. Close to a coffee spot, a delicious pizzeria and a sandwich shop. This was a great location for our family.

Bunk bed was rather loud and the there was one spot on the floor that was rather unsecured. Stairs were rough on one entrance, for sure!

Convenient for walking around San Francisco. Friendly, helpful receptionist. Nicely decorated bedroom and bathroom.

Lift wasn't working. (Being replaced) Breakfast was very limited. The hotel is situated right on the edge of the district with a big homeless/drug problem. I wouldn't have felt comfortable going out if I had been on my own.

The gentleman on staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable, helpful, seemed to be right there if we needed anything or had a question. Wonderful service. The location was right by the venue where we were attending a show that evening. We walked there and also to dinner and breakfast. The room was cute and clean, and we enjoyed the vibe of the place. My boyfriend thought the breakfast looked good, but we had already planned to go out for breakfast.

There was no elevator. I could hear A LOT of street noise, almost like a window was open, but it wasn't.

The staff were lovely and very accomodating. The room was small but very well decorated and the bathroom was lovely.

I cannot fault the hotel, facilities and service for the price. The area however is not great, with a high homeless population and we drove passed a murder scene on our last morning as we exited the building. if you have to stay in San Fran I would stay out of town in the hills or Saulito.

Access to the microwave, private bathroom - although without possibility to adjust shower head. Coffee machine in the room. Some improvements - elevator under the project.

Very limited breakfast, very high mattress- as a short-ish person I had a problem to get on the bed. Very limited space in a room. Not the best area - many homeless people early in a day and late at night.

The staff was very nice. Easy to check in. I was very impressed of how big and nice the room was. Very nice shower. Love the mini fridge. Very quiet hotel. I was on the third floor didn’t hear anything in which that was nice.

The stairs were really tricky. Very steep. The elevator was broke. No complaints tho
