The area was close to a lot and it was a good deal to stay there

There was not a complimentary breakfast or parking you have to pay for everything please plan on paying extra the pool doesn’t work the rooms were picked through like people steal even the pictures off the wall. Rough area not suitable for children

The beds here are surprisingly comfortable. I slept great. The shower is really nice and roomy. The property was fairly quiet.

I hate that the fact that we have to pay for parking if you’re already paying for a room to stay there. The parking spots are very small as well so if you have a larger car like a full size SUV , Hummer, Tahoe, or an expedition good luck trying to fit into any other parking spots. You’d have to park in the back and it’s really sketchy out there especially at night time. It was also quite tough to get staff on the phone.

Clean room, everything works well ! (AC, heater, hot water, fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine).

Parking fee is $24.99 including tax and was not mentioned when booking online! Comfortable beds but too big pillows were hurting my neck.

Location was perfect for activities nearby. Parking was an extra $25 but the back fenced-in area provided a good level of security. The bed was just the right firmness for back support and overall comfort. I loved that the shower had instant hot water and was very easy to operate. I also liked that the room included a refrigerator and microwave.

TV had poor picture quality and no guide for navigating available channels. This was a minor issue since I was mostly busy with activities near the hotel.

The staff were top notch! I needed to store my suitcase at their office because I was there so early and it was not a big deal. Vincent is a gem. The room was really clean and nice. I felt safe and it served it's purpose. There are a couple nearby restaurants: Azucar Lounge and Rocco's cafe. Highly recommend them both.

Nice and friendly staff, service of maids was great and friendly and helpful in so many ways! Please, be generous to the Latina Maids,not many help them and they get so thankful when you tipped it warmed my heart seeing how they reacted to the $20 toip I faithfully gave each time it was a cleanup service dije for me …. And I got priority service due to my generous tip. Loved it every time! I speak Spanish and English fluently since 4years old,, I was able to chat and hear them out. Crazy summer weekend rates went extremely high up to 300 for a 1 bed room motel … not worth the day 105-120 rate a day was the amount I paid during the week which I felt was a little over priced for the room type I kept getting moved around too, but was not so crazy enough to discuss or fight for a discounted price. Just the weekend rates which they moved around every 2-4hrs differen raise and lowered rates throughout the weekend !

The parking on site was very convenient. We stayed two nights for different raves we went to. It was close to a lot of things. It was nothing fancy but just enough for us to get ready for the night and come back and sleep

Our room was close to the main st and it was a little noisy but nothing crazy

Location, staff value. Also, there is a little less scrutiny. I keep funky hours and also drive at night, so when i get into my room, i dont feel like im being scrutinized by the staff or other patrons. Its definitely the City life which is in me and so i appreciate it. Perhaps not for you if your not accustomed to diversity, tolerance and forgiveness as you might experience all of these things being used but in my book that makes us all better human beings. So that too is a positive. If your traveling from other parts of the country and world and are looking for the real deal this is the spot to experience the streets of San Francisco safely. If your the type of parents that hide reality from your children then perhaps this place isnt for you.

Cleanliness, however, there was no turn on breakfast and also vending machines did not work and in your store it was about a block and a half which everything in the store was pretty much over price but that’s what it is. However, it was a Costco about a block away so that was pretty convenient. My dog is a service animal they mention no pets, allowed to do that my dog come in however, my dog did have some sort of food poisoning which led to him having diarrhea outside the room and he didn’t get mad at me or anything. They actually help me clean it up, they also didn’t charge me for either, so that was good. I did up an extreme longer than expected and instead of having to book a new reservation online day after day, they were nice lady let me pay the same rate every morning for about five days until another guy came on shift and say that you got a pay the higher rate oh minutes and it was so nice though

I didn’t like that there is no continental breakfast and that the new machines were down in that same night that would make a payment for $25 for my parking

The facility is very clean and friendly staff and they are very helpful and lenient with certain situations. Understand that life happens and we're very patient with me and my spouse on an emergency day and no late fee for late payement. I recommend this hotel very much! It's not like anything it once use to be before Covid shutdown. Give it a try if you ever had a not so good experience here before 2020. It's a different experience now a days.
