Very very excellent staff and management they were just awesome I couldn't stress how helpful and nicely been this whole stay I appreciate everything they've done for me they were super helpful and I would definitely recommend this place to stay here anytime I come here again

The only thing I didn't like is the crazy lady next door that won't quit talking all night which is not their fault at all but that's about one of the only things that really drove me up the wall lol

Nice silent location within 5-minute walk from a subway station (~20-minute walk from the downtown), friendly staff

Floor might use a better cleaning

No bedbugs or cockroaches, friendly staff, clean bathrooms (bathrooms are shared, just a heads up!), clean room, no one tried breaking into my room in the middle of the night.

Mini fridge door kept popping open so I needed to put something in front of the door to keep it as closed as I could.

I love this place. The guys that run it are on top of 5hings and sweet . It's very clean. For a hotel in this price range, that's almost shocking. Head and shoulders above other hotels in the same price range.

Or can be a little cold because of the age of the structure . NO other complaints.

Amazingly friendly staff that went above and beyond in order to help and faciliate a wonderful stay for me and my friend. They are cheap but the value is crazy good and I would recommend them to any- and everyone.

It was quite clean enough. The hallway is always clean because it is usually been cleaned. Quiet enough for me, drug and smoking free. The staff was absolutely amazing The location was great for everything.

Just maybe dusting the sheets when you put a new one to avoid having particles and dust but it was so minor that it really didn't change anything or how I felt about the place.

It has a lot of old San Francisco charm . The neighborhood is near Haight people are young and adventurous

TV isn't working so good as the remotes are troublesome. I needed to ask the manager to come fix this problem

Good and safe location in SFO. Easily accessible by BART and bus. The room was perfect and comfortable for a three-night stay in SFO. Compare to the price, there was nothing to complain about. Being a solo and budget traveler, it was a good choice.

I usually try to stay closer to civic center do this is a slightly longer walk but it's still not bad

Everything was fine. An inexpensive basic place to crash after hanging in the city. Literally next door to the venue where I watched some live music. I would definitely stay again even if the show isn't so close. Very convenient

There is nothing that the staff have any control over to complain about
