I liked that the hotel was in close proximity to government buildings and catching public transportation was a block from any direction. Guest parking is available. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and stocked with nice clean soft towels, basic toiletries and coffee for 2. There's a small refrigerator, microwave coffee maker and hair dryer. A nice smart flat screen tv with plenty of channels to surf through and lay back and watch a movie or show. After a long day of shopping and fun you'll want to tuck away into a clean comfortable bed and fluffy white pillows. And last, if the alarm clock isn't enough, there's a phone in each room to call the front desk to request a wake up call. A beverage vending machine and complimentary ice machine is available as well. Check in was quick and smooth as I reserved my room online at booking.com. Front desk person always welcoming and very knowledgeable.

Well firstly thank you for the hospitality and cleanliness of your staff and hotel, by far the best place and price we have encountered in San Francisco, from the check in at the beginning to the check out was seamlessly perfect and we were accommodated nearly instantly from the hotel for our requests. The first being can we pay in cash and also is cash available to be paid for the incidental charges both yes. We paid $53.09 tax included for 1 night stay with a $100 dollar incidental deposit which we collected upon checking out they didn't stall or find reason to not give us our Deposit and just handed it over and the relief that they only charge what is on Bookings website was a relief. Upon checking in the room was beautiful and clean very clean the refrigerator and microwave spotless as we're the walls and floors and everything else as well. The atmosphere is just that as well was perfect no loud noise or homeless people all around the property and management was nothing but professional and more than that they made us feel welcome, I have yet to find such perfect service especially for that price we were accommodated like we were at a Hilton or Marriott yet we weren't. We will go back to this hotel for sure we love this place one last thing we loved that to get to our room you need a key as our room wasn't inside a building however to get to it you had to go thru a locked entrance up stairs into the rooms another since of safety and professionalism thank you San Francisco inn

Travel to SF a lot and every time I do I pick this hotel because of the friendly and welcoming staff! the rooms are always nice clean and fresh upon arrival! thank you so much to the boys in reception for making my visit to SF yet again a great and welcoming experience!

It’s cheap and the beds are comfortable. The receptionist is amazing and super friendly. There is coffee machine in the room.

The area is not so safe. There are lots of homeless around. They don’t clean your room. Only after You leave. There are people living in the building. Not tourists.

I like how clean the rooms were I like the fact that you could walk out in front of your room and smoke like the comfort of the bed.

I did not like however the 50 steps that you had a step walk up to get there and the water pressure in the shower wasn't all that great

The property is well located and has free parking which was not easy to find at this price point. The property is well located. A 10 minute walk gets me to Market Street where I can catch the underground rail or a vintage tram to take me to the Warf. The staff was kind and helpful.

Why I like is that the staff were really polite. Check me a real quick, Got me into a room. Room wasn't the best but it wasn't bad I was a pretty big rooms.

My stay at San Francisco Inn was perfect for 2 nights of exploring the city. The location was great with free parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all our questions. Breakfast is a very nice touch. Thank you!

The staff was excellent the room was clean and my stay was very pleasant there. I had been there in 2015 and made a point to go back there when I was visiting a friend in San Francisco area.
