Room was great except for a fire sprinkler making a buzzing noise in the middle of the night. We really enjoyed Alvin at the bar. Hostesses and front desk staff friendly and helpful.

$25 martini?, $20 for two black coffees because the lobby coffee was gone by 9am?, a wrong charge on our bill from someone who had a tequila lunch and charged our number (I realize that can happen and they did reverse the charge). Drinks just too pricey.

Check -in and welcoming attitude from front desk staff and attitude toward my dog. Very welcoming!

After I checked out I had a fast bite at the bar. It was an off hour nevertheless the service was horrible. The one bar tender tried ignoring everyone he kept putting down & picking back up same two tabs not to interact with guests. He ruined a nice stay as he acted like I was bothering him ordering a drink & a burger.

The Rooms are nice, Staff is wonderful and always helpful. Concierge team is excellent!! Location is great and you feel in the middle of the city. Some good restaurants are nearby which makes it easy on food choices. Breakfast was decent.

Overall it is a good property so I dont have any negative views.

Housekeeping missed our room and turn down service. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal but not Something that you expect FS to forget. Staff was also dismissive and defensive when we returned to our room at 9pm and asked for turn down service. Not something you expect from FS…

Such a fantastic hotel It had the most fancy and comfortable room, and the bed was so luxurious So good. We loved it

amazing staff- very helpful concierge ! great room with a great view - delicious breakfast -central location

that it didn’t have its own spa and had to share with Equinox - so spa facilities were not accessible unless you booked a spa treatment with Equinox- the TV system is outdated no access to Netflix you tube etc unless you download an app and cast even then it didn’t work - at other Four Seasons at least casting works relatively easy

Staff they were all superb.

I asked for a quiet room and was told I had it . All of the daylight hours I was subjected to amplified noise and screeching from somewhere outside , no chance for an afternoon nap .

Timothy the Concierge and all the People at the restaurant were very Kind, friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience
