My stay was specifically for the chance .to sit down one on one withy girlfriend to talk about our relationship in Depth somewhere away from.all.others influence around us ..for starts the prices were starting out advertised at as low as 279 for .that specic night stay but.app kept jumping way higher each time starting .ended up being $489 approxx and.noentiin I needed more money to reserve room. Onec I got there then the 33 dollar parking fee so I parked out side the facility and walk about half.mile to make sure I still had enough money on pre paid card

If I could have went back to front desk and canceled my stay for another time when my future wife would not have been held back at home for health reasons ...it was a good chunk of saved money being spent to give us together a chance to be alone and relaxed for a change but there just wasn't a chance she could make it at the end of the day but had already paid in full and couldn't just make her feel better enough to make it to the facility..maybe a couple weeks later but not when we had reserved .....sucks for us I guess

There is a lot to do even when it rains which it did the majority of our visit! I enjoyed the main lobby area with all the cozy seating and the fireplaces. We spent lots of time at the outside games, the little shelter houses were appreciated to get out of the rain. The brunch at the Copper place was very good, great variety of choices.

Our “mountain view” that we paid extra for was questionable. We basically looked out in the roof of the indoor pool! Also the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

It’s beautiful and clean. Feels very luxurious.

It’s quite expensive. It’s not an inclusive vacation at all so you’re paying high prices for food and drinks and the taxes and fees are out of control. Not entirely the property’s fault, but it is really ridiculous. The food was all pretty sub par. It wasn’t bad, but I’ve had much higher quality food for less cost. The cocktails were good and priced pretty fairly actually. the room is my biggest complaint about the cost. it’s a lovely room, but nothing at all special. It’s a Marriott property so clean, comfortable bed and linens, updated furnishings and nice bathroom accommodations, but I’ve stayed in similar properties for half the cost or less. Nothing about the room was worth $400.

I like the destination type feel and all the activities. The pool and fire pits were clutch. The Restaurant’s were great, especially the hickory and pool restaurant.

The sports bar was awful. It felt like family Resturant combined with a sports bar and movie theater all in o e in the worst way. I was so hopeful that it would be like a Pindustry or Dave busters only smaller but it just had too much dead space that they filled with crappy loud random sports? Stuff. And the staff was rude. All the adults were looking for a smaller half a noisy place to drink and laugh catch a game, all the families were looking for something to entertain the crew while we ate fried food.

Pools, lazy river, gym, outdoor space, fireplaces, complimentary sport equipment, the fact that our room was ready upon our early arrival, Starbucks store

Sofa bed was ripped, not made. We requested pillows and blankets for the kids and never got them. So we just shared our pillows from King bed with our kids.

Quiet room. Ease of finding my way through the resort. Quick, responsive room service. It was an aesthetically pleasing place to stay. The art was beautiful.

I was disappointed that I couldn’t find more celiac friendly breakfast options. I did not eat breakfast here. My massage therapist was less than up to standard. Not to brag, but I’ve had thousands of massages, and she unfortunately falls into the bottom 5. She was nice to me, but not skilled.

I loved the pool and the grounds. Very pretty.

Overpriced and hidden fees. Lots of taxes showed up on my bill. Far from anything, so unless you have a car plan on paying $11 for a small tube of toothpaste

Loved the ICE experience for Christmas. The cheer competition was in a great spot. I loved the outdoor fire pits!! The service in the main restaurant was super slow. The food was good.

It was a cheer competition and Christmas so it was VERY busy. I wish there was a better situation with the morning cafe/Starbucks. The lines were very long.

The outdoor heated pools, slide and hot tubs were great! Top knotch customer service! Some of the best I have ever encountered. Every single person was over the top helpful! The Italian restaurant was delicious!

The indoor large pool was Closed due to a swim diaper fail. They had to shock and close the pool for 24 Hours. That was the main reason we stayed so big disappointment.

Overall property was great. Was here in June for anniversary. Heard about your Christmas program and decided to do a pre-Christmas gateaway! Spa was excellent! The spirit of Christmas show was awesome!

Need more options for a sit down breakfast. Not always want a fast food. Coffee in the room wasn’t the greatness this time. Very weak. Also we wanted to eat dinner at the Asian restaurant but when we try to book dinner back in November but was told not open for sit down dinner only take out and delivery. But this weekend it was open for sit down. Very disappointing on this bad info from the hotel. Wife wanted to try this place! When I mentioned this to the staff at the host stand got a “oh well” type response!
