Fireplace (traveling in very cold weather) - Staff was terrific, amenities in room, laundry was so helpful, and yummy baked cookies. Orange-infused water was refreshing and the breakfast shined! So many options and delicious. We live in mountains and now can't wait for appointments and errands in town to allow us to stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and grateful to have discovered this gem. Thank you to everyone. Always leave a tip for housekeeping and this time we forgot. Just now remembered. We apologize and will not forget on future visits!

Good breakfast - attendant very friendly and attentive. Room very clean and comfortable. Great AC. Easily accessible location, with close proximity to budget friendly dining options. Front desk staff somewhat spotty - one gentleman VERY friendly and helpful with changes to reservation, yet another young lady couldn't even be bothered to tell me if there was a drug store close by (there is, and she could easily have directed me there, had she cared a bit about "customer service"). Did she roll her eyes? Perhaps.

Hot Breakfast was very good and we had a 2 room suite that was very comfortable, separate from the bedroom.

There was a booking glitch with bookin.com where the split webpage on the booking dates side for the user had the correct dates, yet the booking.com confirmation right side of the webpage was a day early. I called the hotel direct and spoke to the same service hotel employee twice. Because of this glitch, when we arrived the front dest said because of this glitch, their computers booked us as a No Show and we were billed the same price for a very large upgrade. Great breakfast - the bacon was cooked perfect - not over cooked and dry. The breakfast area was kept very tidy and clean. Very convienent to places to eat, banks, Walgreens pharmacy, Walmart and great shopping at the outlets. If you forget anything for your trip there is everything around to find what you need. The cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again when returning to Denver.

The irons - the need to be checked. I had to ask 2 times for a good iron until I received a working one. We were in for a wedding and needed to iron out the wrinkles from the flight.

The breakfast and coffee area were quite convenient. Ice machines were available. The room was large and clean.

Had some issues getting the lobby computer and printer to connect to work. The gentleman working front desk had zero knowledge and it would have been helpful for him to be trained on a few features in that area.

The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. Breakfast staff were great and went above and beyond. The room itself was clean and met our expectations.

In general the stay met our expectations. Staff was great, room was clean, conveniently located, and spacious. Free parking was a plus as well as a breakfast that was better than most similar hotel stays.

I live in Castle Rock. I stay here occasionally just for pleasure, to get out of the house. I find the place to be really clean, nice mattresses, love the pool and hot tub. The staff is great. Good breakfast. Hits all of the marks.

Best Western is absolutely the *best* value you can get for your money, especially in the Colorado area. I've been to several, and, without fail, the staff have been friendly and professional, the room has been clean and comfortable, and the facilities have been well kept.

Close to where we needed to be, quiet.

All of the “bread” type breakfast items were rock hard - waffles, biscuits, and French toast. Also the potato patties. Didn’t matter what time we went down to eat. Not much value in getting free breakfast when you can’t eat it.

Very comfortable beds and the hotel was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good and had alot of options. The hotel was close to everything.
