The room itself was very comfortable, roomy and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

I emailed and called this facility to request a ground floor room because my husband has had complete knee replacement on both knees and we are approaching age 80. I got an email that said we had been pre-approved to have a first floor room as there is not an elevator. When we arrived, our room was on the second floor which required carrying our luggage up a set of stairs. This is a refurbished motel and the room was great but the breezeway in front of our room was dirty and the mat in front of the door had debris on it.

Very pleasant, met our needs. We love Best Western. We were thrilled to get a ground floor room.

The TV in our room wouldn't stay connected to the streaming channel. Someone came to fix it, but it didn't help. Not that big a deal because we don't really watch TV. Just curious to see what was on. Another thing: In the breakfast area there were several guest children who were barefoot. They were such sweet kids that I didn't really mind, but I know BW would definitely not want to get caught allowing that.

The staff and breakfast were great. The location to the grocery store also good. Our room was clean. Bathroom door would barely shut. It was warped.

Walked to the park during the day with children. Many adults there drinking and fighting. Made us feel unsafe to walk again. The hallway was not cleaned or swept for the 4 days we stayed there. Dirty floor. Pools don't work and we weren't told until check-in.

The lady working the front desk was super polite and helpful in order to accommodate my family. The breakfast had a wide variety of everything and was all good. The welcome cookies was super sweet!

The hot tub was a weird greenish cooler - looking like it needed to be cleaned. The breakfast sausage was overcooked but everything else was good! The bathroom was small but was completely manageable. The only bad thing is: there are NO outlets by the beds, so bring an extension cord.

Hotel was incredible! The breakfast was outstanding. Very delicious and loved the variety. Great location for visiting Mesa Verde National Park and surrounding areas. Great laundromat for laundry just up the street from here. There were ants in one of the rooms and they gave us a discount on the room because of it. Front desk staff is amazing! Loved the warm cookies available at check in! Great touch!

Very comfortable beds. Not so soft as often in USA motels. Clean big room with separate living room and bedroom with 2 big beds. Two extra more basins with water tap help to operate whole family. Very good breakfast (sausage, potatoes, eggs, waffle, yogurt, fruits, toasts, jams, coffee and tea).

Nothing to complain.

Great breakfast and comfortable for our larger family. Loved that the living area has a separate tv and door from the bedroom.

It took 3 times of calling/going to the front desk to get extra bedding that we had asked for in our reservation. However, the staff was always kind and welcoming/friendly.

My room was clean & comfortable and had the best shower I've experienced so far on my 3-week trip.

The breakfast was pretty lame -- as so many “included breakfast” offerings are. I had to throw away the scrambled eggs -- not sure what they use (undoubtedly something pre-made) but the texture was just plain weird. The sausage patty was a weird texture, too. Hampton Inns know how to do breakfast right, with plenty of fresh fruit, good quality yoghurt; muesli & dried fruit. It's really not that hard! I'd much rather have a lighter, good quality cold breakfast than a “hot breakfast” comprised of fake food :-/

Breakfast was more than a continental as advertised. It was a full breakfast!

Opened our room and fridge open with dirty rags hanging out and dirty towels in corner. Everything else was made up in the room. It was clear that they defrosted the fridge (as it was also unplugged and dresser it was in moved diagonal) and housekeeping forgot to pick up rags. The floor was also not mopped as I stepped in something sticky and in more than one spot! Everything else in room was very good! Not a complainer...room was great just needed to be touched up.

Check in was super smooth sailing & I cannot remember the guys name but he was super friendly (evening shift)! Parking was almost full & he offered to move his car if we couldn’t find a spot near our room. Rooms/beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the whole dining area was kept super clean.

The restroom was very small/kinda hard to get around. Shower head was huge and kind of overwhelming, hardly any room to not get wet in the shower.
