The staff was awesome, very attentive and willing to assist in different requests and needs, especially Brian at the front desk.

I felt housekeeping was not completing their tasks when cleaning like leaving new water cups and plastic liners for the ice bucket. Also, they could have left more soap and towels, we stayed 5 days. Also, clean the rooms early for current customers, we could come back after a morning at the beach and lunch and have to wait to get into the room. It would be nice to have the room after 1:30 - 2:00 pm to take a shower, relax and get ready to go back to the beach until sunset. Also, more fresh fruit items at breakfast.

That was our final stop on the way through Florida, and we were happy with our choice. Overall rating: 4.5/5. The hotel consists of suites only; however, do not expect separate living and bedroom areas—they are all in one relatively spacious room. The hotel is very well maintained and has everything one might need for a short stay. We were lucky to book a room with a view of the bay, which was particularly beautiful thanks to the large windows on two sides. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was okay, though there is definitely room for improvement in the variety of food offered. The breakfast starting time of 6 a.m. (Monday to Friday) was very convenient for us. From this hotel, you can easily reach Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island, and Sand Key, all offering beautiful beaches with plenty of space. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable but could be improved. Overall, a clear recommendation for singles, couples, and families!

There is potential to improve breakfast and cleanliness of the rooms.

It was pleasant to be there with my family over night. first time visiting Clearwater Beach.Wanderful view from the room to the sea.Very quite area ,we went around the neighborhood walking and it is a very nice place.The location of the hotel is very well to go anywhere ,downtown Clearwater, Clearwater Beach. Restaurants and more.The staff very kind .thanks for the great services.

Some guess walking around the hall making noise during the night and we have a little kid .

Among other things, the location! We are Blue Jay fans that wanted to take in a spring training game. We had no idea that TD Ballpark was walkable from the hotel. A gorgeous walk along Edgewater Drive or the Pinellas Trail. Also, those take you to Main St Dunedin which is a must. The lobby always has fresh cold water and yummy chocolate chip cookies for a snack. Breakfast was good! Thanks Brian and staff for a wonderful stay! The Ambrose’s

Our TV didn’t work the 1st night but the manager came from home to try to reset it. They gave us access to another room to watch TV that evening and it was fixed the next morning. They could use a bit of a bigger breakfast area but it was busy so that’s why every table was taken. Otherwise, nothing else to say.

Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I did not wake up in time for breakfast, but was told it was very good. I am glad the front desk sold cans of beer, since there are no bars or restaurants within walking distance. Excellent staff. Wendy offered to upgrade my room to an ocean view at check in, but I didn't need it at that time. I don't remember the overnight desk clerk, but she was very helpful as well.

Nothing needed improvement.

This property has been completely renovated and they did an excellent job. Not only does it look nice, the renovation has been very well thought out. Good lighting where you need it. A place to put your luggage. A very nicely appointed bathroom. You might take these for granted but I’m amazed at how often these important details overlooked. The attention to details makes for a much more comfortable and enjoyable stay. To top it all off the hotel is immaculately clean. A big thumbs up to housekeeping!

The rooms were spacious, dark drape screens on windows, we could see the bay from our window. Great location and everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Dogs are allowed even though we did not bring one. Very courteous people at the front desk.

The pool was small. I am handicapped and hard to get in and out of the pool. My husband had to help me. The first step is very steep.

Our room was very clean and the housekeeping staff was very efficient and friendly. The breakfast was good and there were several choices. Some days it wasn't ready by the time they were supposed to open.

There were no restaurants within close proximity to the hotel.

Very good location, just the job for our needs

For a couple of the nights there was a yapping dog across the corridor which actually sounded louder coming through our ventilation system in our bathroom .

The room was incredible. Very clean and modern ... and spacious. Also, the beds were so comfortable. I got a great night sleep. Also, there is a very nice sidewalk across the street, which follows the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk down to Dunedin if you want. It was such a beautiful walk. The hotel staff (behind the counter) were incredible. Very nice and helpful. And the breakfast was very good. I think the price is fair for that area.

The worker, who was taking care of breakfast, placed the eating utensils with the eating end outword (in the round utensil containers), which is a hygiene issue, since anyone and everyone, who grabs a fork/knife/spoon is going to touch the other ones. I showed her this, and she got the message and fixed it, despite the language barrier. English was clearly not her first language; she could barely speak English.
