The staff was great and everything was clean. I really like the layout of the room. The pool was great, we hit it every time we walked back from the beach. We ate breakfast at the in lobby restaurant. It was good.

This place says it's a beachfront property. It is a short walk to the beach, but it is not beach front. I paid extra for an ocean view, which was true. You could see the ocean between two large hotels that are between this hotel and the ocean.

Love the location, the hotel is very clean and nice.

I don’t like that they don’t tell you the ONLY parking is off property (paid parking) or with their valet which is $35 a day. This added $115 to my bill, just would have been nice to know ahead of time.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a true retreat. The pool area was a highlight – well-maintained, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. The breakfast was very good and it was a very short walk to the beach. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great room and a beautiful pool!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with a clean and comfortable room. However, I found the customer service to be a bit underwhelming. While the staff was polite, there were moments when I felt they could have been more attentive and responsive. Overall, it was a decent experience, and with a little improvement in service, this hotel could be exceptional.

Our room and bathroom horribly unclean

Had to book this last minute due to a problem with the hotel that we had originally booked for New Year. Location was further out of town than we would have preferred, but it was worth a compromise of location for the quality of accommodation. We didn’t use any of the facilities in the hotel, but there is a really lovely little Beach café 5 minutes walk away. We attempted breakfast in the hotel one morning but the one staff member was so overloaded with work we gave it a miss. Parking is really expensive at $40 per night for guests where as in more central locations, much more expensive hotels only charge $25.

Hotel was beautiful! From the rooms, to the lobby, to the pool/hot tub. It was all amazing.

Most of the staff were friendly. The real issue we had was with housekeeping. Upon arrival, we were not informed that we had to request housekeeping each morning. We found that out the next day after we got back to a messy room. The next day we requested it and some of the garbage was not taken out and we did not get fresh towels. The following day, we requested again, and the room was not even touched! We had a very poor experience from this standpoint.

The property was excellent. I would recommend no one though use .Booking.com. Horrible experience with Bookings.com. Customer service is horrible. Hotel, though great. Had family emergency had to leave day early. Had hotel permission even agreed to refund. Bookings.com told me yes also then told me no refund. Horrible experience with them. Some Indian guy hung up on me. Told me we don't do refunds, period.

Location was very good, staff and hotel is very clean

When I got back home, I noticed that I was charged two additional times for my stay that actually doubled payment but it was then rectified, however, when I called I spoke to Hector that was at the front desk and he was very rude and disrespectful. He hung up the phone on me twice. I called and put in a complaint against him.

I was charged $105 for parking and I didn’t have a car.
