Oscar in valet was awesome! On the beach and loved it because of being pet friendly. The two queen bed room was spacious.

There is much needed updating. Tiki bar, gift shop and restaurant were way overpriced in my opinion. Rooms are not soundproof or even close. Our first room was a king bed room which was extremely cramped but we moved because the AC was broken for that room. No designated dog walking location so we used the small strips by the road. No microwave.

Had roaches in the 1st room. 411 is across the hall from a trash room. They moved us to a bigger nicer room without bugs. So just need to work harder on bug control. Staff was amazing!!

Room was clean and nice. Location to beach and beach itself were all excellent. I loved the Tiki Bar. My only criticism was in the hallways near our room, the smell of pot was strong and persistent. I usually don't mind it at all, but this was too much.

Right on the beach. it was beautiful!!! All decorated for the Holidays. They had a tiki bar/ restaurant right by the beach. Breakfast lunch and dinner. Good food and drinks. very convenient. you can have it delivered to your beach spot. I wasn’t thrilled ab paying for the val. parking but now I’m so happy they had it. it’s reasonable.

The elevators took some time getting to you. that’s all.

Location was great. Staff were great. Pool cld be cleaner.

Paying to rent chairs. It should be included in a resort fee. Also, the daily parking rate was very high.

Absolute amazing view! The pool, the palm trees, the ocean, the big huge windows in our room and sliding glass door were amazing!

The property could use some updating, however it is absolutely stunning the features the big chandelier, the big open window that gives you a view of the whole back area while sitting in the lobby, the grand piano!

I liked the location and convenience of it being right on the beach. The room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. It is a good price for being right on the beach and for the quality of the hotel.

The chairs and umbrellas you had to pay for everyday, and the tiki bar was a little expensive but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

We decided to take a 3 generation girls trip for my daughters 24th Bday. Rafael found out that the Grandmother was joining us on vacation and made our stay absolutely wonderful by upgrading us to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front suite! We could not have been more happy with our stay. Everything we needed was right there and we had no need to go anywhere. Thank you Rafael and Ocean Manor Beach Hotel for a wonderful visit full of memories that we will cherish a lifetime. We will certainly be back.

Everything was great!

The room was clean. There was no microwave, but I loved having the big fridge and stove. I asked for a quiet room, and I was put close to the elevator. The room was facing the street, above the valet parking. The beach and the bar were fantastic.

You had to rent chairs to enjoy the beach, I felt the chairs should be complimentary/free.
