Clean, quiet, very nice, good parking & OUTSTANDING STAFF!!!!! Cassie was awesome at check in and made it fun in spite of computer issues, jasmine in the bistro was great and did the work of 3 people seamlessly and with grace. Tanya made the atmosphere fun and the whole team worked together like a well oiled machine helping each other and making it a comfortable and welcoming place to be after a long day. The quality of the food was way above and beyond your usual pub fare and price was very reasonable. Thanks, especially to the staff for a wonderful stay. I will return!

The hot water could have been a bit hotter in the shower. The HVAC was a little noisy and I had an issue with the heat but the staff was on top of it and got it going!

Jordan made check easy. She was so friendly and even signed me up for rewards program. Best way to start a stay here especially after a long day travel. Food was delicious and staff was welcoming and friendly. Beds comfortable.

Our room was comfortable, I wish lighting was brighter but that is my wish for all hotels. Older eyes require more lighting.

Everything! The courtyard bistro had great food, but an even better bartender, who was friendly and attentive! Tiffany rocks!

Once the breakfast service is over, you have to wait until 5 PM before the bistro opens again. It would be nice to have it open for lunch as well. That being said, there are several options within walking distance.

Breakfast was mediocre but pricey. I ordered avocado toast and it was soggy and had too much balsamic vinegar. I also ordered an iced coffee but it was given to me as a hot coffee and it just tasted like milk.

Requested pool view received parking lot view. Pool was to be cleaned everyday I was told. However on 6/30/24 the pool was not cleaned at all bugs and dirt was in it. Hottub was okay.

The staff was very friendly! It was great to have the Bistro there, didn't have to leave the hotel the whole weekend. Loved having a balcony option. Very nice room!

The pool could use some work and kept a little cleaner.

While in pool area, 2 men asked if I would open gate for them (night time). I said no. They walked toward front. While leaving in the morning, I notice them "camped" out on side of building.. Is there night time security? What if someone opened the gate. I was traveling with a young child.

The staff was all very nice and helpful. The room was the best I have ever stayed in. The hotel was very clean and definitely a 5 star hotel.

Never figured out the AC unit under the window but it was cold enough outside that we could turn it completely off. Otherwise, it constantly ran.

The room was well cleaned and groomed. The bed was so comfortable. The Front Desk Clerk showed top tier customer service. He was awesome!

There was Nothing that I didn't like. My stay was amazing and I will definitely be booking again when I come back to Jacksonville!
