Everything. Nice quiet hotel in a nice area of Melbourne beach. Exceptionally clean, you had air conditioning and fan. The pool was great for the kids. They had umbrellas, chairs and sand toys for the beach. Stephanie and Amy were very nice and helpful at the reception. Area is much more high value for money compared to Miami. The amazing bonus was that it is turtle eggs laying season so we could see the turtles coming from the sea in the evening and in the morning at sunset you could see the baby turtles hatching. Amazing experience when you go with kids however not guaranteed by the hotel but by nature. Don't forget to buy the red lights to see the turtles and not scare them. Very quiet and peaceful. We fell in love with this place. In the area you have the local dining which is much more friendly then Orlando and Miami.

Lovely quiet 2 storey hotel right on the beach with a good sized pool. Sizeable & comfortable room with kitchen facilities, large double bed and large sofa bed. Two Smart TVs (one in bedroom and one in lounge) allowed us and our son to relax in separate rooms. Free on-site parking. Beach chairs, parasol and boogie boards provided for use free of charge.

Reception was only open at certain times, with out-of-hours contact via cell phone number causing slight problems with UK mobile number. Whatsapp contact was also provided, but response was not prompt.

It feels peaceful and secluded while still being conveniently located. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

The bathroom is beautiful, however it’s not the most functional. There’s 2 hooks for towels and only 1 small towel bar for a hand towel so nowhere to put extra hand towels or washcloths if you use them. The shower doesn’t have a ledges or shelves for toiletries either so you just have to set them on the edge. All of these are things I’d overlook because we loved the rest of the property so much.

Really enjoyed the location being right on the beach and the complimentary beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella were great. There is a grocery store less than a mile away which made things super convenient for any last minute essentials. The staff were super friendly and always asking if they could do anything for me and my family. Would definitely come back!

The bed was a bit uncomfortable as it was sunken in at the center but otherwise everything was fine.

Absolutely stunning location. A magic place directly at a perfect (turtle) beach. Spacious, elegant rooms with fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Clean, large pool, car parking and fast Wi-Fi. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Washing machine, drier and ice machine available.

To make this 10 points, we would suggest to add a small kitchen facility with faucet, plates, cutlery, cups. The bed is great, but the couch is hard to sleep on.

The property is right on the beach. It was one of the cleanest hotel rooms we have stayed in. It is a beautiful, relaxing location. The property is very clean. We would definitely stay here again. We did not want to leave.

The TV kept loosing connection for 2 out of the 3 nights, unable to watch any shows . 1st night was fine . Could have been weather the 2nd night . Not sure the reason for the 3rd night .

The place has assigned parking per room, however they do not enforce it. We had someone part in our space and there was no one there to help. We ended up searching for parking for 30 minutes. Ended up parking in a toe zone on the property.

Excellent hotel! Rooms are spacious, very clean, linens are clean, excellent location, fun decor. Staff are super friendly and ready to assist if you need anything. Great place!

Loved it!

It was exactly what we had hoped for when we booked our vacation. We were looking for something quiet in an area that wasn't commercialized. The rooms exceeded our expectations and worked great for our family. The view was great! The staff was very welcoming and very personable.

Absolutely nothing.

The place was adorable, super charming with tropical vibes that honestly made me feel like I had been transported to the Bahamas. From the beachside views to the thoughtful little design touches, everything felt cozy, relaxing, and picture-perfect.

Honestly, nothing major at all, maybe just wish I had booked a longer stay!
