I took the shuttle from airport to the Hotel Ericka was the driver . While stoping to have some other guests to go down she was told that some guest that she dropped before forget a bag with some food items . She then asked everyone in the bus if we were ok for 4 minutes delay as she went back and deliver the bag to the family that forgot it. I think she did the right think and should be recognized for that often people forget drivers but they are part of the experience and Ericka this specific day went above and return to deliver the bag . Good job Ericka !!

The staff presence was awesome! The hotel is located near food and shops and the rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again

I didn’t like the shuttle service. It took us 2 hours for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel then when a shuttle did come, the driver put us on the Hilton shuttle and said he wasn’t picking up our bags to put in the shuttle until we tipped. We didn’t ask to be shoved over to another shuttle from a different hotel. We were here for two nights before our cruise and they also had the shuttle for $15 to the port. It was so many people waiting for the shuttle the day before we boarded for different cruises that we decided to schedule a vehicle the night before we headed to our cruise, so we didn’t have to deal with waiting because traffic was horrible to the port.

Staff went above and beyond. Check in was 4:00, due to our flight we were at the hotel by 2:00 and our room was ready snd they let us Check in. The hotel shuttle picked us up from the airport, was on time snd friendly. The hotel was very clean. Our 2 bedroom suite was fitting for a family of 7. The breakfast was included and above our expectations.

We couldn't find much to do within walking distance. The hotel did not offer anytime of shuttle even within a close range. We did find Ubers to take us to Bayside Market on Pier 5 which gave us a little something to do but for a family of 7 we had to take 2 each way which round trip cost about $125.00. The hotel is close to Miami Cruise Port but they did not offer a shuttle to the port. They will schedule a 3rd party but it's pricey. $15/pp, 2 users would've been cheaper but we didn't know.

I enjoyed the breakfast selections. The pool was great, however there were not enough towels to accommodate ALL swimming guest. (I had to air dry). The front desk staff were very accommodating and willing to help and answer any questions asked. The airport shuttle was on-time and efficient, just wished the shuttle picked and dropped off at the cruise port. I liked the location, walking distance to shopping and food places. I stayed before and after my cruise.

My stay after my cruise was for three nights, and unfortunately, my room was not attended to i.e., cleaned, therefore I had run out of toilet paper and had to improvise and use Kleenex. Also, at the pool there was not enough for all guest swimming in the pool. Thankfully when checking out and I mentioned this to staff they were not impressed and apologized with an adjustment to my payment. Despite, these misfortunes, I would definitely choose to stay there again and recommend to others.

The beds were super comfortable and the rooms was spacious. I had a great experience during my stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with soft pillows and clean sheets that made it easy to get a good night's sleep. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with tasteful decor and plenty of natural light. The attention to detail was impressive, and everything from the temperature control to the bathroom amenities was top-notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

During check-in, the front desk clerk was not very friendly and seemed bothered by our presence. We were only given one physical key, and the digital key provided did not work. The clerk informed us to avoid losing the only key supplied as they had no extras available. Your front desk clerk at check-in was not very friendly; it seemed we were bothering more than anything else. We were not provided two keys, and the digital key was not functioning, so do as we were told: "Don't lose your key 'cause we don't have more."

We got 6th floor room with waterfront view and it was amazing in the night and morning. Rooms are very clean and spacious. We got one big suite which had one room with 2 queen beds and second room with king bed along with 2 bathrooms which was perfect for a family of 5 people. Very happy with hotel staff and morning breakfast was very delicious and kids loved the pancakes. 5 out of 5 stars, will definitely recommend this place.

Only one decorative light in living room. Therefore room quite dark. Went to bedroom to read. Sofa had table only on one side. Had to drag chair over to use as a table. No light on that side A significant thing, when you strolled on area from pool to back door, all you could see was GARBAGE along the edge of the water. Garbage seen from our room window. In our 7 days the wind blew towards the hotel. This garbage needs to be removed but it will not be easy.

Check in time could of been earlier, 4pm was rather late. Breakfast wasn't the best as was very limited Last day hardly any food left which was disappointing. No restaurant

As return guests we love the private bedrooms making it a much more relaxing stay for families. Great location!! We also love the free breakfast which is very extensive and delicious!

On this trip we didn’t like the room location (#419) as it had a very loud a/c return vent in bedroom connected to outside air conditioning units which likely affected rooms on all floors in this specific location. It made sleeping a challenge. This was not our experience last time. This needs to be addressed.

Convenient location near the airport. We returned our car at the airport, then called for the hotel shuttle. It took a long time to arrive but in fairness, the traffic was bad. The room was large and very comfortable. There is no restaurant, however we bought a salad bowl from a nearby Chipotle and dined in our room which was well equipped with a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Breakfast was adequate.

I don’t know where the hot water comes from but it took over 4 minutes to arrive at our bathroom. It seems such a terrible waste of water. The bathroom taps also need to be replaced. They were difficult to operate. The AC was quite noisy, but surprisingly, didn’t affect our sleep.
