Lovely hotel with a fantastic rooftop pool & bar

I can honestly say , the staff in this hotel are the most friendly and helpful people Ive ever met in any hotel across the world … 👏👏

The customer service was 10000% percent. We arrived around 11 and Jose at the front desk got us in the room and we didn’t have to wait until 4 He was so kind , pleasant and explained about the property They had a welcome drink , the have 4-5 drinks the best sangria we had . They have a driver that takes you are for free , her name is Denise . She will give you a tour of Miami , drop you off and pick you up . We saved tons on uber . Let’s not forget Miguel that one that made the amazing sangria I loved that the property was closed to everywhere , they have a Trader Joe’s behind the hotel I loved the rooftop pool

Nothing to complain about

Very comfortable and very clean. The front desk staff was phenomenal. Our room was very quiet. That was the only thing that made the price worth it for our stay. Though pricey, the valet employees were very nice and quick with their work.

For the price we pay, we should at least have access to the roof top lounge area after 10pm. The incidental hold was not a flat rate, but charged per the day, which was kind of unexpected and was a huge hit to our vacation plans.

Property was so clean, it had a very good location, hotel provided commuter to the beach and also towels, the pool in the rooftop was so nice. Also very friendly and warm staff

Lovely clean modern hotel. Situated mid south beach so quite conveniently placed. Good offerings of bars and restaurants a short walk away. Great addition of a free shuttle cart to take you wherever you want in south beach (and back) Free use of private beach area if required.

The bar/ restaurant closed early so we couldn't get a drink later on in the evening had we wanted one. Pool area wasn't always spotlessly clean. Guests had smoked and left their cigarettes stumps on the floor... glasses left on and around tables... pool loungers looked/ were stained

Everything! This hotel lobby was clean and aesthetic. The reception was friendly and amazing, loved the welcome drink. The room was really nice and the bed was so comfortable. We celebrated my twins birthday and it was nice the hotel surprised them with a slice of cake. Also loved how big the balcony was and the comfortable seating. The rooftop pool was also a cool spot to hang out and soak up the sun. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The only thing i didn’t like was the view from the balcony, but it wasn’t a big deal not much they can do about buildings across the street.

Beautiful hotel in a good location. Not too far to walk to the beach, 10-15 minutes and very close to the Lincoln Road Mall which was great. We liked the wine hour between 5-6pm. This isn't well publicised but I think all Kimpton hotels offer it, and it was very welcome.

We booked a harbour view room, and naturally I expected to see a few boats from the window, instead our view was of a storage facility. The room did face in the direction of the harbour but it could not been seen. This is misleading. However, the room was lovely and it had a lovely outdoor patio area that we made good use of. It would have been nice to see a few boats bobbing about on the water though.

From the moment we enter in the door the staff was so professional, kind and over accommodating. Once we got to our room a few minutes later a knock came on the door and there stood staff members with a tray of assorted cookies a bottle of champagne and a heartfelt note wishing me a happy birthday. They came in set it up, hugged me and again wished me a wonderful birthday and an enjoyable stay. I have been sharing with all that travel in my group to book their next reservation with Hotel Palomar. They will not be disappointed. Huge shout out to the wonderful staff who made our stay and eventful and heartfelt experience!! EXCELLENT, PHENOMENAL, EXCELLENT, BRAVO, HOORAY, KUDOS AND MANY MORE!!

Great location in close proximity to a lot of stores, shops, restaurants. A little far from the beach, but the property has a pool and bar, which is very nice. Staff was very nice and accommodating upon arrival; I was able to do an early check-in and later check out. Happy hour at the lobby is nice, offering wine and sangria. The room was quiet; no noise from outside. Definitely will be back!

From check-in to checkout, the experience was great. They greeted us with a drink (Wine, Sangria, etc), the wait to be helped wasn't very long. The guy who helped us, Hussien, was very nice. He answered my questions & was professional. I was pleased. The location, we could've gotten a lil better view, but the room was still nice & quiet...the bathroom, the mattress, the balcony, all very nice. Overall, a great visit. I would definitely stay again & refer my friends & family.

Just maybe a better view. It wasn't real close to the beach.
