The suite was very nice and the location was excellent!

Our stay was mostly interrupted by a very noisy guest that constantly stomped, fell across their suite, and set off alarms. If they were moved to a ground level suite, our stay would have been pleasant.

Great location and convenient to several restaurants and bars. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. I enjoyed my stay. I will book again for another vacation.

An airport shuttle would be nice to assist with arrivals and departures to the hotel. Maybe it could be considered by upper management and corporate.

The room exceeded our expectations due to it's size, cleanliness and location. The hotel offered unlimited free drinks between 5pm-6pm, which was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff like David.

The only slight problem was that we were told that the room was only cleaned every 3 days that we were there, on our 3rd day it wasn't cleaned but we went to reception and they gave us the fresh towels and changed our bedding straight away. They also didn't have luggage storage for us when we checked out for our later flight.

we had the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family. we had other family staying at the same location and our living room was big enough to accommodate the kids when they came down. our room was right in the middle of everything. I would only stay here in the same suite next time I travel to Miami.

very friendly and helpful staff. the locaiton and value of the place is great, right next to Ocean drive and the beach. shops, restaurants, bars all nearby. beach towels provided.

some of the rooms need renewing eg. flooring, doors, TVs. questionable cleaning quality. however trash and towels were replaced every day.

Fantastic location for being near South Beach and the surrounding areas. There's a multi-story car park across the road where we could park each day too, handy to know if you're after parking. The apartment was light and airy, had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed 6 days and only 1 day did someone come and clean the room. Needed a designated smoker's area

Ms. Blanca and her entire team are incredibly polite, professional and accommodating. They made sure all of my needs were met and extended themselves over and above. I will definitely stay with them again...soon!

The location is great, Ocean drive and the beach is just a street away. The hotel staff really made sure we had all we required. The suite itself has all that you need and is spacious.

The cleanliness in the suite can be improved but our stay was great.

This hotel is in a great location. Close to many restaurants and bars. The Walgreens is just a few steps away. Very friendly staff and managers. My room was awesome.

There should be an area/room where the hotel staff can hold your luggage.
