Amazing location, comfortable beds!

Poor water pressure in the showers. And housekeeping was not good at all: room was not well cleaned when we arrived (dusty floor) and you must request housekeeping, every day - not once but each morning otherwise they do not come. This isn’t airbnb - and instead of making it easy for guests to request their cleaning in advance at least (we wanted fresh towels daily and fresh sheets every 4 days) they prey on the guest forgetting to order it. Quite ridiculous to be honest

Hotel situated in the heart of it all on International Drive; accessible to everything. Bed was soft and comfortable. Didn't want to get out of it. One particular staff Spanish, middle age gentleman with grasses at reception was very amicable and attentive, helping with luggage for late check-in and early check-out. Also, back entrance to lobby by key card added a layer of security.

Limited front parking and having to physically get replacement of towels, toilet paper, etc from front desk. Wished they could be delivered.

The Staff is attentive and friendly.

The cleaning, floors must be cleaned with every change of linen day, including the corner base of the floor, under the beds, and the furniture that has an opening to the floor. The Staff could comment on the section logs of the guest any needs the guest requested. The guest should be explained the linen and garbage day at check-in. IMPORTANT! There should be signs indicating that smoking is only allowed between 25 ft of every single entrance of the Hotel. Any guest smoking inside should be expelled and fined. This must be enforced since is the Law.

Truly, this was the best hotel I have stayed at within the past year of going on different travels. The hotel truly was a good hotel, the room was nice and clean, the bathroom was nice and clean, and the staff at the front desk was nice and courteous at both check-in and check out time. I would say if you are going to travel to Orlando this would be a nice hotel to stay in during travel time.

I love 🥰 Dianna and Christianna. I love the continental breakfast, sparkling clean pool, and the short stroll to I-Drive. The Baymont is close to where everything is happening on I-Drive! The room was clean, the staff is bilingual and very kind. They have the nicest room attendants. I even had a package delivered there and it was no problem 😊 I will definitely stay here again...No bugs. No critters, but at night...there is a racoon roaming the area!😄

I didn't like how thin the walls are, you can hear everything!

The breakfast is quite simple, almost poor, but it is included and you can get coffee during the whole day. Location is good, depending on your plans a car can be really helpful as you have free parking. Rooms have a great space and confortable beds but there is not much storage for cloths and suitcases.

Cleanliness can improve, is every two days but only if you request it.

Bed was comfy and staff were friendly

Not enough tables for breakfast and could have better layout for this. It advertised shuttle to universal however they were limited to 7:15 am and 11:30 am. Not advertised accurately on booking.com. I booked accomodation for this purpose and found it inadequate for a 9am park open.uber was $10us each way.

Staff was kind, they were able to accommodate our request of a room on the bottom floor, areas were clean, great location.

The TV in our room only had sound on select channels, the shower water was not as warm as we wanted, house keeping did not make it around one of the days we were there. Good other than that.

Breakfast was good variety of items. Fresh and well stocked daily. The hotel always smelled good clean and sanitized. Great location in the heart of Orlando near the wonderful attractions. Friendly staff

I can not think of anything that I didn't like. I heard others complaining but I did not have not one complaint. I will revisit this hotel. I wish I could have stayed longer. I will tell my family & friends

Room was clean, bed was comfy

I couldn't take a shower in the morning because the water knob was stuck and wouldn't turn on. I told the front desk about it when I checked out. Also, the ice machine did not work. AND: the pictures indicated there was a pool on the property, but I drove all the way around the building while deciding where to park. I didn't see a pool.
