Great location everything we wanted to go to wasn't to far from our Hotel even the drive to Daytona Beach was wonderful 😊 definitely will be back. Went to Universal Island of Adventure to celebrate 🥳 my son 12th birthday ate at hard rock cafe but soon as we were getting into the park near the rides we were able to ride 1 thing before the park had to close due to the weather but still had a great time and great stay.

The parking isn't the best for a few reason 🙄 😒 the double tree has a overflow of guests so they parked by our hotel and walked to theirs leaving us ppl who stay at the Best Western with no parking 😤 mostly at night....would be nice if Best Western could claim the parking spot in the main areas of the hotel like directly in front of it and the handicap ♿️ parking spots as well....if they are not guess there they should not be able to take spots away from your actual paying guests 🙄

The staff was friendly and breakfast, for US standards, above average. The room was sufficiently big, the housekeeping staff very efficient. Never had to beg for an extra towel or anything, really. This hotel is very close to Universal Studios and Island of adventure and truly in walking distance. The free parking is a huge bonus. There are quite a lot of restaurants nearby.

There is a single elevator and sometimes the wait could be a bit long. Taking the stairs was a good option. Of the 4 days I stayed, only one day did they have the waffle makers in the breakfast area which had an added value, but the other days it was not put out. This I found somewhat strange. But this was, all in all, a minor detail.

this is a very easy to reach property that is approximately 20mins walking from Universal Studios. You just need to cross a bridge and you get there easy. The staff was amazing, extremely helpful even when we asked them if they could keep our bag till 8pm after we already checked out of there. Breakfast was included, nothing fancy but many options and you get out of there feeling you had enough food. Coffee machine was also running 24/7. The room was quite clean, parking is free (and plenty) and bed was comfortable. There are many restaurants nearby, and some of them have vegan options (there is a soup place across the street that had one of the best noodles I ever had)

Nothing to report really, something to improve is probably breakfast, which could be more diverse. Another suggestion is to have better shower curtains as water tends to go out on the floor of the bathroom.

Fantastic location and proximity to Universal Studios. We were grateful for the free shuttle. Breakfast was great. Good facilities. Generous room size for a family with two teenagers.

Despite working immediately before and after, both our credit cards declined on arrival. This was embarrassing and stressful, and could've been handled better by the guy at reception who lacked empathy and was dismissive, refusing to believe it was the card reader. Fortunately we had a Wise Card, which worked fine.

The location was great and the shuttle to universal was perfect except I wish the shuttle ran a little longer so customers don‘t have to leave the park early in order to catch the shuttle back.

Everything was great but our room had a bit of an ant problem. We started seeing ants on top of the cabinet with the TV and also on the bedside table. They were very little and we weren‘t in our room much except to sleep so it wasn’t too much of a big deal but would be good for the Inn to get that sorted before it becomes a big issue. We saw quite a few of them.

It was small, so it felt more personable. Most of the staff were friendly.. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. They kept our room clean daily. The location was great for being surrounded by options.

Just to have the front desk be more approachable, need to smile more.

Breakfast was great. Only 5 minutes from Universal Studios. Helpful and friendly staff

The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable and you could feel the bar in your back.

The location is great! For us we was doing the theme parks which is literally over the road! Great food choices around the hotel which was walking distance

The pool was all in the shade probably need to cut down some trees and also the breakfast was very poor for what we booked this hotel for mostly for the breakfast and we wasn’t very impressed at all. I would’ve rather gone somewhere cheaper without the breakfast.

We were close enough to walk to the parks. We loved having breakfast on site.

We had 6 people in our room and we were constantly asking for two extra towels. The last night we were there they had no extra towels for us. Which wasn’t a deal breaker but they didn’t offer pool towels for us to use. We thought the breakfast should have started earlier like 6 to get an early start.

The location was perfect near Universal parks. Also, there are several shop in the vicinity of the hotel. The breakfast is hot and very good.

When you enter to the hotel, you can see the cleanliness in all its splendor and it smell clean. However, in the hallways to the rooms, the smell is not very pleasant, it smells of humidity. The rooms are very clean and super comfortable.
