Very clean. The pool and courtyard are beautiful. Comfortable lounge/waiting area. We had a first floor room with direct access to the pool. Great air and water temp controls in the room and shower.

Miscommunication and misreading of the booking code led to a large charge on our room for breakfast. We were told twice that breakfast was included in our specific reservation, then were charged for the breakfast upon checkout. $18 for a cookie and fruit cup is highway robbery. We had plenty of food in our room we could have eaten if we had not been told breakfast was included. No trash can in the bathroom. No bags in the trash cans (we used our own) just paper liners in the bottom. Not sure if these cans are washed every time but no bag liners in a trash can is kind of gross.

We stayed one night here and got up the next day to go to the airport for a week vacation. We left our car at the hotel which we have done in the past also. When we got back from our trip and the shuttle picked us up to bring us back to get the car it was very late and we decided to get a room and stay again. The gentleman at the counter took great care of us, it was wonderful. Third time staying here and will always stay here when flying out.

The room has a good distribution and furniture. It was comfortable. The bistro & Starbucks inside also great. Really good pillows!

I had a problem with my card when I checked in. Maybe the need a new one with contactless payment. Also I would like to have tea at the room not also coffee

The front desk lady is awesome, the manager was nice...

My wife, both bonvoy members were questioned just for hanging out in the lobby by the operation manager. Although she was nice... the questioning will make us think three times before we stay or invite our family again. What a shame

It is one of very many hotels close to the airport - there are dozens capturing the holiday maker market. It is just a 2 minute walk to a strip of eating places - mostly chains. There is a small cafe at the hotel and the gym is OK, so overall it provides reasonable 3-4 star quality. The bed was comfy and everything clean.

Clean, modern facility with exceptional rooms. Dark-out curtains allowed us to sleep late into the day after a red-eye flight. Bedding available for sofa bed. Very comfortable. Late checkout time key for us!

Elevators located a good distance from the lobby, making getting to your room a little more of a walk. Many rooms being renovated around rooms for guests. We had to be relocated when workers were using an air compressor and nail gun next door to our room.

Stayed 1 night. Used the shuttle to and from the airport which was very convenient! Also, left our car there for 10 days for a reasonable fee. Food was very tasty at their little cafe.

The staff was really accommodating beyond what we've experienced traveling. Our cruise got in at 8am and they were able to get us in a room by the time we traveled there from the port. Our flight was also delayed and they allowed us a late checkout so we didn't have to spend extra hours waiting at the airport. The shuttle knew exactly where he needed to go when we told him our airline and the business center was a huge plus with our delays my son was able to get some of his work done.

Bed was comfy, shower with soap,shampoo & conditioner was awesome. Ideally located near airport

The only drawback was no microwave unit but other than that great.

Location and proximity to airport. Everything was clean and nice. Staff was nice. Checkin and out was easy.
