The beds were very comfortable, and the children enjoyed the pool immensely. The grounds were nice as well.

I was told every other day the room would be cleaned, they did not come on Friday. I had to pay to park in the hotels parking lot. Someone also pooped in the pool and we had to wait to enter, a man was playing with himself while we were there as well. The breakfast was also not impressive.

Breakfast was good!!! Each morning they had a few different things from the day before so you was not stuck eating same thing every morning. Mickey waffles was amazing and the kids loved it!!

Hotel itself was amazing. Only dislike was the shuttle they provide. they only make 2 runs in am and 2 I believe in afternoon and since we had 4 days planned at Disney we had to drive there ourselves not knowing when we was coming back etc. Last Hotel we stayed at for Disney you can leave and return anytime with their shuttle service. Being that close to the parks they should do better shuttles.

The rooms were so comfortable, the kitchen area was nice. Breakfast was great, the pool was nice, they could use some more chairs, and the staff were all very friendly.

Best to pre-book ubers. They are scarce in the area if you are looking for a quick pick-up. Not really a hotel problem. Wish the large firepit was working.

Our stay was exceptional! The hotel met all expectations — the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was good and perfectly catered on time. The infrastructure was excellent, and the location couldn't be better — close to everything and especially convenient for visiting all the Disney parks. The room was comfortable and functional, with plenty of closet space and a small kitchen, making it ideal for longer stays.

If I had to mention anything, it would be that the pool could open an hour earlier to better accommodate guests who like to swim in the morning. Also, having a few more fruit options and an additional healthy choice at breakfast would be a great improvement. Still, these are just small suggestions — overall, our experience was outstanding!

Location to DW is very close to drive to and the shopping area to walk to w Target and WalGreens in walking distance is very nice.

Definitely there are Not enough chairs at the Pool for as many people that are at these 2 hotels. There is a nice size Shared pool with the Hilton adjacent to the Home 2 Suites, but there is not enough seating for everyone and many people sit on the concrete sidewalk which is very strange given the amenities of these properties. Also with the depth of the pool at 5 ft there is No lifeguard. We witnessed a 4 year old almost drown here last week. The breakfast area is a Mob scene with again not enough seating, tables for the amount of guests. Many guests push through and are rude with food hoarding at the breakfast times. Very unusual for a Hilton property to have these problems.

The room is enormous and has a good kitchen and bathroom, with workspace and lounge area as well as 2 king size beds. It's a new build property (as at Sep 2024) so everything is modern and it all works. They have a decent gym and laundry, although the 2 are in the same place which is a bit odd. Lots of nice outdoor grills and a great pool with slide for both adults and children alike. There is lots of parking but you have to pay $10 per night for it. Apparently they have Disney shuttles but I didn't use them since I had a rental car. In the area there are lots of new hotels so they have built a Target, gas station and lots of food outlets that are practically in the parking lot! It's 15 minutes by car/bus to Disney.

The free breakfast is a good addition but a total bun fight. I went down once in the 7 days I was there and avoided it the rest of the time. Lots of pushing and shoving at the counters and cutting in line, not enough seating and lots of loud noise. Not my thing. I went to Target and picked up some food I could keep and prepare in my room.

The location was perfect - located a ten minute uber from animal kingdom and Hollywood studios. The hotel was very clean and open and airy. The staff were exceptional and very kind and efficient. They went out of their way to help us and make our stay excellent. The pool and grilling facilities are excellent and very clean. The breakfast is amazing but would be better with more staff because there are so many visitors that overrun the dining area. Customers should not be allowed to make their own waffles because they make a mess and take more than they can eat. One of the days there was a staff member making the waffles and it was more efficient and stayed much tidier.

The rooms need to be renovated. The rooms had everything we needed but the carpet and furniture were pretty shabby. The mattresses and pillows were not comfortable. And the shower is more like a wet room which makes the whole bathroom wet. The free shuttle to the parks was not available.

The hotel facilities are all new and everything is clean. The breakfast has a wide variety of options, and there are a lot of different restaurants available at a walking distance. There is also a Wallgreens and Target in front of the hotel. The location is great, especially if you are going to the Disney parks, all of them are 15min distant by car. Universal are a bit far but in 30min by car we got there. The pool area is great to relax after a busy day around Orlando and the parking lot is spacious. We loved our stay there and would definitely come back.

The parking could be free, the water flow in the showers could be stroger and the kitchen could be more equipped as it is difficult to cook with only a small pan.

10 minutes away from Disney World. Very comfortable spacious rooms that were kept very clean by a friendly staff. An outdoor pool, bar, seating areas and grilling stations make it a luxurious experience for a reasonable price.

Breakfast should include some vegetables, because we only got to eat eggs, sausages and carbs. I think a lot of guests would be happy with healthier options. Paying for parking is a bit of a rip-off as there few other options than arriving by car here.

The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of selections. The room was very nice and cozy. We had a very nice view.

One of the staff members I interacted with was very rude and unhelpful. Even approaching with a smile and simple question ("Could you please tell me if there's a place where I can fill up my water bottle.") There was absolute disdain dripping from her. I also had a couple questions about the shuttle service and she actively walked away from me as I was trying to ask her something. I don't know why you would work at a place like this when you so clearly hate people. However, the bartender, Tony, was absolutely delightful. Very interesting and kind.
