The hotel was nice and close to the Orlando themeparks, amenities and was in a very clean suburb. Staff were welcoming and courteous. The room was spacious and clean, had a generous room size and food delivery services (Uber eats and grubhub) knew the building.

Parking wasn't included, quite expensive per day and should be clearly noted in the description as this was completely unexpected. The toilet had issues, whether this was due to low pressure in the building or not, it required a flush to start charging the cistern, then wait a few minutes until it was full, then it would work properly on a second flush. This was periodic so I'm guessing that if many people were showering concurrently this would cause this kind of issue.

Breakfast was great. Large rooms. Friendly staff. Clean. Great shampoo, conditioner and body wash complementary.

Pillows were uncomfortable. Not enough towels, only two bath, one hand and one face towel, for 3 people. Had to dress the pull out for my child upon arrival after a 20 hour flight, at midnight, couldn't find the sheets. Wasn't informed that parking was $25+ tax a day!!! Felt ripped off, unreasonable price. No other parking possibly near by. During breakfast, a roach ran across the room and staff were trying to kill it. .

One of the knobs was missing from the stove. We were placed at the very end of the hall, which I'm starting to think is where they put black people. It's happened to many times now.

The location and how clean it was

The staff from the breakfast buffet, rude @ breakfast time. Its not what you say but how you say it and WE are from ARUBA and we speak 4 languages. We understood what she said

Location was good, close to majority of the parks. Easy to locate. Very peaceful and serene atmosphere. Excellent cleaning service. Most of the staff I came across were very friendly and helpful. Overall, Good value for the cost.

Breakfast was boring with very limited options. It would have been nice if they served different food options on different day. Also could do with a wide variety of fruits rather than the same fruits everyday. Laundry facilities are old and kept breaking down such that guests had to queue to get laundry done. I did not think this is appropriate for a Hilton standard hotel. I hope this is addressed as a matter of urgency.

Breakfast was good more variety required like fruits, cantaloupe, watermelon granola bacon... otherwise very good. Front desk clerk Maximus gave us SUPERB service upon our arrival. We had a long day of travel and was very tired, plus it was our honeymoon he made us feel welcomed that was greatly appreciated

More options for breakfast, more detail cleaning required in room, found a knife in the the sofa/chair

Breakfast was perfect, rooms were ok and the bed as well. Comment, replace the phone on the kitchen table to the desktop in the room or place one more phone their. The phone on the kitchen table takes room on the table when having a meal. Valuable for your money.

Communication with the housecleaning ladies was a little difficult when a support was needed from them regarding housekeeping. They barely speaks English.

Breakfast was good..lovely scrambled egg..nice large room, comfy bed..free shuttle bus to parks was a bonus..staff were lovely especially Oskar at front desk..very welcoming and helpful, a lovely man!

Music coming from pool area early in the morning and late at night.

Wonderful experience. Staff were best part - very nice. Pretty pool area. Breakfast delicious. We really appreciated the hotel offering the option to relocate when one of the members in our party had to be hospitalized an hour away.

Couldn’t close heavier drapes to keep the light out. Carpet was really worn. Didn’t like having to pay to park but we realize this is common for the area.

Breakfast was Fair to good. Limited Gluten Free options. Hot and cold choices. No option to order, which was fine by us. Room was clean. One Air Conditioning unit did break down and appeared to be fixed after a couple of days but we got no notification that any work had been done. May have fixed itself. Staff were very pleasant. Location is central to many places but you always have to travel. Has a pool (could have been be cleaner)

Pool could have been cleaner so we only it used it once. Ice machine (we did nto need it) on our floor appeared to be broken. Orland water has a sulphur odour. A filter in the kitchen may have made the water more palatable. Not an easy issue for the complex to resolve. Dining next door is not great. Options are a 15 or so minute walk away and you have to cross the road. Again, not something the complex can correct, just so travellers are aware. Communication with staff could be a little difficult at times but not a big issue for us. Not really close to many things but not far either.
