Mike at front desk and his manager fixed my incorrect checkin date. Mike was outstanding arranging a ride with shuttle driver Danny to nearby restaurant for dinner. Danny picked me up after dinner and drove me back. Your restaurant was closed due to a leak. Mike found milk for me to take to my room for very early coffee. Mike suggested earlier airport shuttle to ensure I was there on time. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. All in all one of my best hotel experiences lately.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. The airport shuttle option was practical and the breakfast had a lot of good choices which I really enjoyed.

We ate dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and were served in all single-use plastic. I think the Hyatt could do better in terms of sustainability. We had a little trouble calling for the airport shuttle ; maybe it was because of our international phone numbers (although we called plenty of other places and people in the US with ease). Just a note for non-US travelers.

The location was great we were able to walk to dinner. The airport transportation was quick and efficient. We only had to wait about 5 minutes at the airport before we were picked up. The breakfast filled is up before we headed back to the airport. This place was great for us. We had a 24 hour layover so was a great place to get out walk around and get some need rest.

I don’t have any complaints however it was only a place for us to rest and stretch our legs on a 24 hour layover.

The shuttle was very important to us. It runs every 30 mins. You sign up at the front desk to let them know how many will be joining them. It is very easy, timely, and efficient. The coffee starts at 4 am. Breakfast at 6 a.m., and it was a nice continental breakfast. Great selections. Desk staff were awesome. Easy walk to multiple restaurants. You have to pay for parking, but that was stated on the website and not a surprise

Location was great, very convenient with shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was great as well. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were great, especially Sonia on the front desk. There was some construction going on, but it didn't interfere with our stay at all

The only thing I would give points off for is, the bathroom is very small and the door, opening into the small space, made it harder to step in. A pocket door would have worked better, but that's a design thing and nothing to do with the wonderful people we met there.

Very clean but we arrived at 10 am and we’re not allowed in the room until 3. We had to pay 50 dollars to get in early, I thought this was terrible as the room was ready. Otherwise we would have to sit in the very small lobby until 3 pm. Please fix this problem , 50 dollars is a lot of money to get into a hotel room that cost 200 dollars and have to pay 50 more, that is rediculous.

Nice hotel. Modern and up to date. Very friendly staff. Great layout in the rooms. Choose to airport and shuttle service provided.

Clean on the surface/ not dirty. But needs a little more attention to detail on cleanliness in the room. Dust. Shower glass.

This was the nicest, inexpensive hotel I've stayed at in a long time. My mom and I wanted to be close to the airport for an early flight, and I found this to be a great price and location. We ended up just getting some pub food in the bar/restaurant area where Joseph and Sara treated us with exceptional service. Our double queen room was spacious, and seemed newly renovated and had a nice sitting area with kitchenette. Very very clean.

No complaints about this stay

Comfortable clean hotel. Free breakfast included, had a lovely salad and drink in the bar area on arrival. The staff very friendly and helpful. Took the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, arrived quickly after contacting the hotel that we had arrived.

I did not like having a sink area in the bedroom instead of in the bathroom.

Nice hotel with a good location to catch a flight at MCO. Our room was very big and had good amenities. Everything was clean and tidy and the reception staff friendly. The airport shuttle is fast and very convenient.

If you do not have a car and want to go out for dinner, walking to a restaurant is really bothersome.
