Breakfast had a wide selection and the rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.

The $150 hold from the property takes 7-10 business days to clear. They have a sign at the front, but I think this could definitely be improved/shortened. The cable was a little more limited than I expected but it wasn't a problem for us. Finally, the ice machine on our floor was out of order but it was clearly marked with alternative floors and I appreciated that.

Location was easy to get downtown, close to cool restaurants and the stadium. Lots of parking and close to highway.

Could have been a little cleaner in the rooms, not walkable by foot if you’re headed the couple of miles into town. Beds were not comfortable/overworn.

Breakfast was ok but I couldn't complain as it was included in the price of my stay. The staff was very nice and they were able to accommodate me for an extra night. I stayed there to be close to Grady Hospital where my dad was a patient. It was close by, easy to get to and quiet. I would stay again if needed.

The elevator nearest to the lobby wasn't working correctly and opened in between floors. And would still move with the door open. It was extremely scary and don't want to experience that ever again. The other elevator worked without issue.

I liked the breakfast, room supplies, fruits, tea and coffee available all day. Also the staff were very helpful to allow us use the phone for a local call to our car rental, as we didn't have a US number.

Choosing TV channels was not straightforward and the remote didn't work optimally well.

Great location, short distance to downtown, easy check-in/check-out, clean and spacious room, big parking lot. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was okay, hotel standard. Suggest adding no-pork options, and reducing processed food. The lady who attended the breakfast area was not very pleasant, borderline rude.

One of the receptionist cancelled my reservation intentionally although I put my check in at 11:00pm and due to overbooking in the hotels there he did not wait for me to arrive hotel and he cancelled the reservation although I had a confirmation of reservation and he tried to excuse this incident of my credit card declination although by the next day my credit card was working normally and I could pay and stayed up to Thursday 9 February anyway thanks God I could solve the reservation again due to some other staff by next day on 7 February there who was very nice and gentle and he was very helpful and supportive.

The night staff when we check in were amazing they gave recommendations to what we had planned on doing the next day and were very helpful

The morning staff in the breakfast room was rude. Told my 10 year old she doesn't get payed to clean his mess when he dropped his biscuit on the counter and said no one tips her.

The location was good. The breakfast also. The cook was very pleasant and gave awesome food and customer service.

The staff was very nice the day I checked. The staff that worked on Friday evening wasn’t pleasant when I called down and asked for clean towels. She just stated you need to come down to get them and no room service was done that morning.

The staff was amazing! Location was excellent and within miles of the zoo, aquarium and World of Coke and several museums! Delicious breakfast was an added bonus.

Facilities need a little love, water stained ceilings, dingy carpets and the poor dirty pool across the parking lot (typically a draw for my munchkins), couldn't convince them to give it a chance.
