Very clean, conveniently located and staff were very nice.

I didn’t realize I would have to pay for parking - I was sure that would have been included in the rate so was a bit surprised by the added expense.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Definitely met and exceeded my expectations. Restaurant was great! Front desk was helpful and nice as well.

The only thing I can complain about is that I read many people on here say that they had parking on the property so it was free. When I got there, I was told I could park in an adjacent lot but it was $25/day. So PLAN for parking $

The building and rooms were very clean and I love the minimalist decor. The Capital Bistro in the hotel is awesome and I love their breakfast & supper menu. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. The valets also had our vehicle ready for us at checkout without us even having to call! Great place to stay for downtown ATL.

While the exposed brick in the wall of the room is VERY cool aesthetically, it left "brick dust" on things that touched it (red dust from the bricks). They probably need to coat the bricks with something so the don't ruin a pillow or garment that touches the brick.

The hotel is new and modern. The look and feel are nice. All the staff were very nice and professional.

The shower leaked when I in use. The shower needed a deeper clean. There were stains in the corners. One of the lights in the room needed a new bulb. Lighting was dim. Walls are thin. And the windows are thinner. There is a Bluetooth speaker that turns on every time you turn the light on in the bathroom, which was very loud and there was no way around it. (Which I was at least warned about)

Modern decor. The room was very spacious and clean. There were USB and C charger plugs for our devices. Bathroom was beautiful love the Bluetooth mirror the showerhead from the ceiling a great touch. The Internet TV made the time in the room enjoyable with my wife.

Marquis at the the front desk is excellent! Professional, customer-service focused, pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable. At true asset to your team. Your need to buy him a steak and lobster lunch.

Mix up with billing at the restaurant could have been handled much more professionally. Restaurant was very slow.

It’s new and clean and very friendly they have nugget ice and purified water in ice machine . One of the best hotels that wasn’t 5 stars .

The fact they don’t tell you about the deposit and I was charged 450 so next time pay through booking so you only pay deposit . Currently waiting on funds to go back to my account.

Location is awful - you are basically in a ghetto - but you are close to the main matra stop (five points) to escape

Super nice staff, arranged an early check-in. The room was cosy, and no amenities were missing. Had a very nice lobby, well equipped to entertain while waiting

hotel charge extra deposit before check in, no information about it on booking. District, only one direction to city center looks safe, do not recommend to go opposite direction, especially at evening time.
