The staff and customer service, especially Cheri(?) in the dining room was amazing. My partner fell sick, so we ended up spending most of our time in the room instead of exploring the city as we planned. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist with tea, hot water carafe, honey, lemon, etc. Something she may have thought was such an easy thing for her to do, yet it helped me take care of him in such a way that will always be remembered and appreciated.

The rooms were smaller than expected. I may not have paid enough attention to the size when looking at the pictures. But we loved the ambiance of the building and the rooftop bar. We had looked at The JW and for the same price would have had a 30th floor corner suite with the two room couch/tv and king bed situation. I’ve stayed at the JW many times before, so it’s a favorite, but I feel the price of Hotel Indy, only for the room size was a disappointment.

There is a wow factor when entering the room. The valet was wonderful and helped get our bags out of the car and into our room. Check-in and out staff was great. The beds were very comfortable. They also provide robes and slippers. The bathroom was very well-kept and modern. Breakfast was really good as well.

I wish I could have stayed longer but we were just passing through!

Everything from the hotel to all the workers the hotel was nice and clean and the staff where respectful always had a smile on there face especially when my little dog kept on trying to get their attention they talked to him and I just made his day

I liked that the hotel was downtown and close to my son’s college.

Parking cost $48 a night, yet you had your staff stare “we are not responsible for your vehicle.” Therefore, I chose to park right next to the hotel for free (as parking is free on Sunday) and paid the meter from 7-11 am; then, I checked out.

I went on a business trip for the first time in Indianapolis and staying at the Hotel Indy made my experience so much better. The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Plenty of wall sockets, cabinet space, mini fridge and a coffee machine. There was also a separate working table with chair that came in handy. There is a great rooftop bar, that is hopping in the evenings and a restaurant downstairs for breakfast lunch, dinner or a drink at the bar. But really what made these 6 days so enjoyable and hassle free was the staff at the hotel. They were welcoming, helpful and attentive to every detail that would make my stay a pleasant one. In particularly Samuel in the front desk who was an absolute professional from the first hello to the last farewell. Samuel assisted, recommended and was truly invested in creating a positive experience. Thank you. I will be back.

Really, can't think of anything the hotel could improve. As guest service perhaps I would offer to have several Taxi drivers connected with the hotel.

The bartenders at The Cannonball were awesome! Mac, Jayden, and Jeremy were outstanding and provided great service during the eclipse party we attended! Nathan was also incredible!

All of the staff, from the desk clerk, valet, restaurant, to the house keeping were so friendly and wanted to help with anything they could. they went above and beyond. Best mattress I have slept on in a hotel in quite a while.

Parking. There are very few options for parking in that area of town, and valet is expensive. Although, the valet parking was very efficient, it was too pricey.

Stayed at Hotel Indy for an overnight stay to celebrate my fiancé birthday. This was our first time to Indianapolis and it was definitely a great time had! The service we received- from valet, front desk, housekeeping, security and staff on rooftop bar- was A+🙌💯 The decor throughout the hotel was very classy and our room was clean with plenty of room for two. The rooftop bar/lounge was off the hook Saturday night! Live DJ playing great music and drinks were delish and reasonably priced. We didn't have to pay the $44 for all day valet at the hotel because they felt bad we had to park on side street when all valet spots were filled, so we parked on street for free! We had a great experience here and would stay again!😁

I loved the location, the politeness of the staff, and the security and privateness of the the hotel. Everyone was so pleasant from the security letting me in the door even after hours of the doors locking.

There was nothing that I did not like about my stay. Everything was absolutely wonderful. I look forward to staying here again. Even down to valet.
