The staff was friendly and the comfort and cleanliness exceeded my expectations for a non-franchised hotel. The Roku device on the TV gave the option for cable TV and or free streaming which was nice. This is also a pet and service dog friendly hotel with plenty of space to walk and break your canine companion. I also noticed that there was a large parking area in the rear to accommodate fishing boats, RVs, and the like, complete with power hook-ups. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you re in the Leitchfield area.

The only negative remark I could give is the lack of an elevator but, given that this is an older building that has been remodeled, it is not surprising that there is not an elevator. This is just a minor inconvenience and luckily, there are only two floors. Otherwise, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The location couldn’t have been any closer to our event and many restaurants to (Farmers Feed Mill was amazing) for lunch and dinner. I loved it was only 2 stories, and especially since there wasn’t an elevator. The breakfast was simple, but very good, and the staff were helpful and kind, rooms were very clean, and grounds were beautiful ! We will definitely stay here again, but with elders in our group I will need a bottom floor.

An elevator for top floor guests but I LOVE IT WAS A SMALL HOTEL

Comfortable beds. Quiet. Free hot breakfast of biscuits and gravy and other packaged pastries. Fridge, microwave, large tv in room.

No elevator for second floor...a little hard to carry up belongings (when they asked if upstairs was ok I didn't realize there was no elevator...only reason I gave property rating 9 Instead of 10)

Very clean smell, very clean rooms. Convenient parking in back for boaters. Very comfortable beds

The pillows could be a bit better but the beds were great. I wish the continental breakfast was offered earlier. Fisherman have to leave before its offered so couldn't get any of thos accommodations but it's understandable.

The breakfast served the purpose. The location was great. Staff and employees were very friendly.

The room was not big enough for navigating a wheelchair, but that was probably poor planning on my part.

The location and included breakfast were important to us. The "can do" attitude of the staff was nice. Housekeeping and front desk staff were professional and friendly. The dehumidifier in the room helped immensley.

Lack of cabinet space and lack of a table in the room. There were dead bugs in thecwindow sill, which were vacuumed up when we pointed them out. Top of bed headboard was dusty. Grout in the corners of the shower needed to be cleaned. If we showered in the late morning, water was warm but not hot. Air conditioner in the room was loud but worked well.

There was not a hot breakfast as we had expected. We were told that due to only 9 rooms booked it would only be a cold breakfast 😞

That there was a hot breakfast for the price of the hotel.

The rooms smell musty. The dehumidifier presence indicates air moisture issue and they are loud.

The convenience of the location was nice. The suite in which we stayed in was very nice and roomy. It was nice having a king a queen bed available in the same room.

We were supposed to have breakfast available in the morning. The front desk even confirmed breakfast time and all. When we got up to go eat there was no breakfast. That was a bit frustrating because I then had to leave and get breakfast for the family which was an added expense. I always try and stay at hotels that offer free breakfast as it makes our mornings more convenient for tournaments.

The bedding and the room were nice and very clean.

There was a very promenant smell in the room sort of like a bug spray or strong cleaner of some sort. Instantly I got a headache after being in the room maybe 5 mins. There was a humidifier in the room but it didn't seem to take away that strong scent in the air.
