The two-room suite was ideal for our needs: they are spacious and well-equipped, with a well-stocked kitchenette. Breakfast was hearty and better than at other hotels of the same chain. You will find several dining options within walking distance. One staff member was outstanding: receptionist Ossola helped us with a medical emergency and she was overall extremely friendly, professional and forthcoming.

This had nothing to do with The Residence Inn: The pool had to be repaired during our entire stay. Receptionist Ossola contacted a neighboring Marriott to ask them whether we could use their pool, but they declined. Very disappointing behavior from another Marriott.

My stay overall was good and staff at front desk was very nice. But my electric tooghbrush that I left in the room and promptly ask for them to check went MIA. UGH! The front desk checked several times but said it was not there. This is a disappointment.

I left my electric toothbrush in the room. I asked for them to check and they said it was not there, but that is NOT true. It was there for sure. I am upset about not getting it back. The staff at front desk was very nice and checked for me several times so I do want to give full credit to them for checking. Thank you! However, it went missing despite their efforts. Something is amiss.

The property is perfectly comfortable for 6 people, very clean, with a beautiful view, and has all the amenities as described. All the facilities are perfect, and the access to the beach is spectacular. 10/10.

I just want to emphasize that the sofa bed there doesn't open properly, and the coffee maker also didn't work correctly, but these are minor details that don't detract from the beauty and coziness of the property.

Breakfast was not great. They could have at least had fresh waffles but instead they had frozen prepackaged. I don't expect a full buffet better more options would have been appreciated. I would like to add Erica atv the front desk was AMAZING!!!

The hotel was in a great area close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. The breakfast was very nice. There was a nice selection of both hot and cold foods. The cleaning staff were so kind and friendly!!

Our room had a large white stain on the carpet. We had a large one bedroom with a living room and kitchen. The kitchen drawers were in need of adjustments and there were dishes left in the dishwasher.

The room was big .Lots of space and spotlessly clean . It’s great to have room to move about also the onsite laundry. You can wash your clothes and relax after travelling long distances.

The room size the pool area as well as the barbecue/sitting area. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool, the basketball and gym.

The cleaniness of the rooms were good except for some of the drawers had hair in them in one of the bedrooms the kitchen drawers had food stains were something had been wasted, and the stop for the shower was just sitting on the side of the tub. Overall it was a good stay.

Good location to our needs, lots of parking, lots of hot water.

Sheets for the sofa bed were all torn. I am surprised that the hotel would have continued to provide them in that condition.

I have been coming here for several years over Easter weekend. Love the place and location.
