Rooms very clean, lobby and breakfast areas clean. Breakfast bar excellent! Good variety of fruits! Comfortable beds. Pool very clean, well-lighted area and plenty of sitting areas. Grounds maintained. Security cameras maintained and entrance doors except lobby main door had key card access that was working! Felt secure in staying at this hotel especially since it was near a busy highway and street. Entire staff friendly, polite and very attentive to their responsibilities!

Transportation van needs new seat coverings (very soiled and smells) and larger step up stool to get in the van.

The breakfast is amazing for continental free!!! The only issue we had was the musty smell in our room, but it is lake Charles and that’s to be expected but I would think there would be something that could be done. Otherwise it was nice and clean.

Far too expensive for the quality of service and room. The hand rails in the bathtub were corroded, the bathtub and flooring were chipped, and the cover on the bed was not too clean. The microwave was difficult to work, and the telivision did not work.

Very clean and advertised exactly what we received. A fair price for a comfortable stay close to the area we wanted to be in. Pool was a nice time and breakfast was ok. It’s exactly what I exspected for what I paid. They gave my friends and I a joining rooms which was great!

Great location, great staff, spacious room, comfortable bed.

The shower was super small and the water pressure was horrible. I feel like the price we paid for those 2 nights, we could of at least got a decent size tub and better shower head. Also the walls are very thin. When people leave their rooms, the door slams very hard and woke me up at 4 am.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. This was not our first stay at this property and it won't be our last. Great location!

Very nice room; bed was very comfortable! Sem took us to where we needed to go, that was a Big Plus! Austin was very nice & professional!! Breakfast was delicious!

The toilet paper holder fell apart when I tried to use it; the mouthwash tasted horrible!

I loved the mattress,it was very comfortable,loved the Dove products for the restroom, love the pillows, ,and the housekeepers were very friendly, sheets and blankets smell great

The t v volume was very low,even on max volume. Couldn't enjoy watching t v

The pool was 24-hrs, and there was a shuttle available. The proximity to the casino was great

There was obvious rust on the tub and sink area. The a/c unit leaked water. We just put a towel down to absorb the water.

The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. I had touch points with three front desk and the catering lady at breakfast. Everyone had a smile for me as we walked through the property. It might have helped that I had a cute dog on a leash. Breakfast was excellent. Most hotels serving breakfast now are not worth the value. The layout was wide open and convenient, not confined and claustrophobic. Warm soft, perfectly cooked eggs with sausage. The other hot items looked very good as well. The coffee was very good. The 2 queen room was larger than expected. It was clean and very well stocked with linen and ample packets of coffee. Comfortable beds! We loved the noon check out. Our previous night stay required an early 9am checkout!

The only downside was the close proximity to the highway. The property is on a small strip between an interstate by-way and another busy street. We arrived late around 9pm after a hard 10 hour drive. Had we not been exhausted I worried the traffic would have kept us awake. But the comfortable beds helped us get a good rest.
