The room was a good value in a great location. A lobster restaurant on one side of us and a BBQ place across the street and down a bit on the other side of us. The Free Islander bus had a stop across the street at the Bar Harbor campground and made it easy to visit Bar Harbor without having to drive. The staff was very friendly.

Would have liked our own fridge.

There was no breakfast. Office area small but there was coffee pods. Room recently remodeled but we suggested painting interior bath door before ruined, longer shower curtain because water west floor excessively and foundation floor on step down getting soft already. May outside door to catch show dirt before grinding into new floors and to help with cleaning.

Traffic on road took time to get used to.

Its very clean, the staff is very nice and willing to help you! 9min away from town, I do not recommend this place its you have kids. And the restaurant next to then is very good and the blueberry ice cream is one of the best I tried in my life

They does not answer the phone and nobody is a reception all the time but I think is part of the town flow :)

The location is perfect if you are visiting Acadia National Park. Everything is close from there. Its also reasonably priced!

There was nothing I didn’t like. The place is old and it’s not a 5 star hotel. Some people go on vacation and spend 60% in a hotel or motel. This is a national park area and I only came back here to sleep. I am not picky and the place was perfect for my needs.

Staff was very helpful. I needed a nap so as to not fall asleep at the wheel. They allowed me to stay in the parking lot until my room was ready. I got to check in early without a fee, and promptly took a nap.

Every accommodation in this area was expensive. Tiny bathroom. Small room.

Very clean room, great price, great location.

The room was quite small, and it could get a little chilly. There also wasn't a fan in the bathroom, so every surface fogged up after a shower.

My husband and I got one of the new rooms. It was very modern and clean. I really liked the way it looked. The location is perfect. It's close to the national park and the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

No nightstand and fridge.

Good drinking water from the tap, excellent water temperature and pressure in the shower.

Not enough convenient wall outlets. No armchair. I missed having individual bedside lamps.

It was away from everything but still close. We were there in the late fall, so we could not take advantage of mini golf or bus pick up that were close by.

I missed the mini frig and coffee maker.
