The bed was comfortable, and the shower was congenial. There was plenty of room, and parking was right at the door. I liked the table-desk but had to provide my own chair. Since I did have a chair with me, that wasn't a problem this time.

The most significant upgrade management could achieve would be re-wiring so that outlets were READILY AVAILABLE AND ACCESSIBLE between the beds, not hidden behind the top of the mattress, AND extras/additional outlets near/beside/on the desk. It's frustrating to find so few outlets in a room in this day and age when we want to use our electronic devices, to recharge our actual genuine cameras (and phones), and so on. Instead, I had to unplug the television in order to have power for the laptop each evening. Also, the particular style of shower head tended to swivel away from the person in the shower, aiming by gravity-default at the shower curtain. The only way to keep it aimed at me was to use one hand - which was possible, but not convenient.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff made it easy to get our key when we arrived after-hours. They were helpful in receiving luggage that arrived late. Overall a good experience and would stay here again.

The bathrooms could have been a bit bigger and better ventilated. The parking lot was tricky to navigate in a larger vehicle but we would just use some of the parking just inside the entrance if we stayed again, not a big deal.

Great location and value!

Only disappointment is the same one I've had at virtually every hotel I've been in for half a century in the maritimes. No comfortable chairs. I dislike sitting on the bed the whole time. In this case there was no chair, period, in the room. That's a Bit over the top. But I've become so used to this that I now bring my own bag chair. Also, lights are not strong enough to read by. A big negative.

We stayed here to explore Bar Harbour and Acadia for a couple of days. Great option to do this area at a lower cost if you don’t mind being 20/30 mins away. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, nice big rooms and all facilities we needed. Breakfast options were limited but good coffee and some pop tarts / cereal bars.

No issues with the property.. check out time of 10 is a bit early.

Proximity to Acadia National Park! Although our only interaction with any staff (we checked in late and left early the next morning) was via telephone, the person who took our calls was welcoming and informative. A key box was available making checkin and checkout very easy.

The physical appearance of the property seemed to be in the midst of a renovation with maintenance machinery visible in the vending machine area and an incomplete roof replacement. Our room was comfortable and clean, but also seemed to be in the middle of an update.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the property and room were attractive and quiet. It was a great location, a little ways away from the main tourist areas.

There were a few bugs in the room, but they are clearly working on that and the exterminator was there in the morning.

Just needed an inexpensive room to spend one night so I wasn't expecting much for the price. But, wow! Room was immaculate, beds were very comfortable, bathroom had enough space, AC worked great. And having a microwave and refrigerator were a bonus! Good coffee in the morning in the office area too!

Excellent value for price in a busy tourist area. Rooms were clean and well-stocked. We really appreciated the property's commitment to a quiet family vibe. And the choice of decor was much more fun than any bland chain hotel.

We never did figure out how to use the cooktop in our kitchenette. This was probably us, not the property, though (and we didn't think to ask someone for help). I didn't factor this into my overall rating.

This motel was older but very clean. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night. I thought it was a good value for the money and there were plenty of restaurants close by. My only criticism was that it took a long time to get hot water in the bathroom and there was no space to put toiletries.

Staffs were very friendly, and the room was clean and spacious enough for a family with 2 adults and 2 kids. It's worth the price. Especially the hotel is located in between the bar harbor and Schoodic peninsula which is the plus for this hotel. local restaurants and a chain of restaurants can be reached within 1-3 miles. As the room is on the 1st floor, it greatly helped for the wheelchair access.
