Check in took 4 minutes, they had 4 receptionists! Amazing! We arrived into the room and were so happy about the cleanliness of the entire space. We had been touring New England for 12 days and were disappointed with our previous hotels during this trip. For us, the important attributes are cleanliness, comfort and safety. This room and hotel had it all. We had our best sleep and best shower of the whole trip!! The bathroom was great with lots of good shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotions. We enjoyed the coffee in the room and were thrilled with the ample choices of seating as well. This is a really great hotel and so clean. We will return again!

It took about 40 minutes for the shuttle to come and get us from the airport. This was hard after a long trip and the promise on the first phone call that it would be about a 10 min. wait time. We called back to be sure we were in the right location after 20 minutes.... we were noticing the other hotel shuttles coming and going with groups of people. We finally were picked up, and the shuttle driver did not help us with the bags. :( My husband has Parkinsons so that was a bit disappointing. I was able to get our bags on for us and it was a relief to sit down.

No time for breakfast, but it looked/smelled delicious from a distance. We booked the hotel for a short stay on booking.com ($40) less than the hotel’s lowest price. Arrived at Logan Airport at 1 am. Needed to catch a 7 am bus that morning from the airport back to Cape Cod. That’s why we stayed at the Hilton. The overnight shuttle driver was so welcoming and very helpful when he picked us up at the airport at 1 am and when he took us back at 6:15 am to catch our bus. When we arrived at the hotel after 1 am, the staff were as welcoming and informative as if it were the middle of the day - also same staff at 6 am - couldn’t have been nicer. Very professional. We would definitely stay at that Hilton Garden Inn again.

Close to Logan and shuttle runs on time!

When I originally booked I neglected to book the car to stay the week. I called and it was added on over the phone but when we arrived there was no record on my account and the price to leave the car was significantly more than I was told before . However - I feel like they accommodated well even though the total was more than anticipated . I do appreciate them working with me . It's a very convenient and clean location if you are flying out - great that one can leave a vehicle there and it's safe :)

The type of room I had reserved was unavailable when I checked in, so they upgraded me. The facility and room looked very clean and new. I booked this location for its proximity to the airport-- booking.com gave me a great offer and the hotel had a free airport shuttle--for my morning flight. Great deal & the shuttle is so easy. In the morning, runs every 15 minutes on the dot from the front of the hotel; took about 10 minutes to get to my airline at Logan. Driver helped me on and off with my luggage. Excellent service. I arrived in Boston on Amtrak; it took about 7 minutes to get from North Station to the hotel on Uber.

The object is in the good location, close to the airport and to the centre just a 15 minutes walk from the subway. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms, and clean.

Breakfasts (10$ continental) for the Europeans are of course something that you don’t want to remember (I will never understand it) if you pay much more, they can prepare you eggs, omelettes and sausages. The price for the stay was insane, and the guy on the desk was really unkind almost rude without any reason, like I’m really angry that you came and I have to talk to you.

Rooms were great. Allen at the front desk was beyond belief. He was always up beat answering all questions with many options. He provided a map of the train system, suggested places to visit as well as making sure we were always satisfied. You have a employee that is an asset to your company. Breakfast was great except the fact that we always got way too much food. Hated to see food go to waste.

Would have been nice to have a hot tub in addition to the pool.

That for some reason all 4 windows were open including the sunroof the following day, nothing was stolen or taken that we know off. The night of the 3 feb everything was left close because it was very cold and we drive from Peabody to the hotel, we left the car close and windows up, but on the 4 feb when we check out and we walk to the car, we notice all windows open. I told the receptionist to check and maybe avoid any other customers to this happen to him. He did took the information I provide.

The hotel was very near the airport with a free shuttle bus running 24 hours a day....very good for an early morning flight. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very good with lots of towels and toiletries. Everything looked clean and new.

Unfortunately we could not get a phone signal at the airport, so had no way to summon the shuttle bus. No fault of the hotel, but frustrating. However, the taxi fare was just $15, so not a tragedy.

The airport shuttle service was absolutely brilliant. When we tried to get onto the bus to transfer back to the airport, it was full but the next one in line pulled forward to take us so we didn't have to wait! It ran 24 hours a day! The room was lovely and new and clean. The shower was heavenly! The hotel was well situated close to the airport and also not too far to walk to a few restaurants and the train into the centre of Boston. We loved the location as it was affordable, close to the airport and easy to travel in and out to the centre of Boston.

The breakfast was a bit basic but ok. We had the continental offering.
