Breakfast wasn't so great but we had dinner there and my husband was raving over the meatballs and especially the sauce...and we just came from Rome so this was shocking. Compliments to the chef on Tuesday night. Also the lady who tended bar was superb! Loved chatting with her.

We generated a lot of garbage because the airline lost my luggage and we had to buy clothes for fall weather. So there were bags and plastic and cardboard and really no place to put it even outside that I could see. Should have asked.

The view from the room was wonderful and the breakfast was good. The room itself was comfortable and nice.

-We only had 2 towels and one washcloth in our room even though there were 4 of us. I called down to request extra towels and they said they would send some up, but no one ever came. We needed to shower, so my husband had to go down to the front desk and ask again for towels. -It also would have been nice to have a mirror somewhere in the bedroom (there was only one in the bathroom). -I prepaid for breakfast when I booked the room, but the staff seemed to be very confused by this (like they hadn’t seen this before or often). It took a lot of assuring them that I already paid for breakfast for them not to charge me again for us to eat.

Despite being close to the airport, the hotel is located near a marshland. My room looked onto this reserve and was a calming and attractive view. The room itself was newly renovated, extremely clean and very comfortable.

There was a 30 minute wait for a taxi, which is not the hotel’s fault. But if you need to get to the airport, book a taxi or ride share the day before!

Beautifully presented property. Beds were super comfy and breakfast was amazing. All the staff went over and above answering any questions and giving great details on public transport into town.

The hotel is reasonably close to the airport and a reasonable deal for a short stay close to the airport. Joe on the bar was lovely and working extra hard as he was doubling up as the chef for the evening. Appreciated the complementary tea and coffee in reception.

A shuttle would have been great as we spent approx $35 getting to and from the airport.

Breakfast was not to holiday in exoectation their dishwasher had broken down they didnt cater for people who were intolerant to diary and no alternative offered.fruits finished early other stuff were not available but the girls were really friendly

More variety cater for people with dietary preference especially allergies. I find all holiday inn has this but this lacked

There was a discrepancy with the payment that was resolved pretty quick. This is the second time I stayed at this location. Pretty convenient to public transportation as well as to local dining and retail. Will consider another multi day stay in the future.

Would have liked a little more communication between the booking site I used to play ahead of the stay and the hotel where is was....initially.....charged again.

We ordered Uber Eats, they forgot an order, we went to down after the kitchen closed and the kitchen made a special order to we did not go without dinner. the Bartender on Saturday night was exceptional and so accommodating to help us. The entire hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

We were traveling with a large support seat for our disabled son. The hotel stored it for us for the week we were traveling, and we picked it up when we returned. We were very happy, because we had a van full of family and luggage!
