Convenience to blue line transit that will take you to the rest of the city quickly. New facility, clean and nice. Nice and hearty breakfast, in-room fridge and microwave, and all the usual Holiday Inn tradition. Spacious lobby, dinning room, and pool.

You need to cross a very busy street when you get out to the train station but there is not much you can do. I stayed for 7 days and was promised with a light clean-up at the 3rd day and full clean-up at the 5th day, but no one showed up at the 3rd day, so I had to get towels myself from the front desk and clean up and throw my trash and dirty towels outside in the hallway on the floor all by myself.

The location was fine, we received no breakfast due to the early flight.

The shuttle could be scheduled earlier for early flights we were informed after we booked that the shuttle would not start until 5 AM our flight was changed to 6:30 AM and Boston airport is very busy. We were able to leave with a flight crew early. We received no takeaway breakfast and were told this was not offered but the flight crew did receive a sack of food for breakfast. It was very difficult due to crowds to buy anything at the airport. We had to change our reservation from Fri. to Sat. night and the rate was increased by $100 costing a total of $350 too much for this location and type of hotel. We could hear walking above us in the evening and in the morning.

Location is close to Boston but far enough to not be in the traffic. Friendly staff and good coffee every morning in the lobby.

I like to watch TV at the end of a day of sightseeing, but the tv offerings were limited. You could watch some local stations, and a few other channels.

Very close to the Beachmont T line, where I could buy a Charlie ticket for 22 dollars and travel all over Boston. Hotel was much cheaper than a downtown hotel. Breakfast was included and was very good. Area is quiet and safe. 5 minute walk to the T station.

I liked to close vicinity of Boston Beach area. I went there for a morning run. Close to the hotel there is Target and grocery store, I liked that, since I was without a car. I liked real people at reception desk, he even helped me with checking out something in my bathroom.

I would prefer real ceramic plates than paper plates. But I am probably spoiled.

Really friendly and helpful staff. An excellent buffet breakfast included in the price.

You need to be aware that the hotel shuttle stops at 11pm. One of our number arrived at 11.30pm. The hotel is a few minutes drive from the airport so needed to get a taxi (but not a big issue - just one to be aware of).

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, room was a good size, decor is up to date/modern and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Paying an additional fee to park each day and someone was blasting music until late at night keeping us awake.

The breakfasts were good, as was the clam chowder we had in the bar one night. It was so nice to have meals there because it isn't close to area restaurants for walkers. The subway was a quick walk away, so the location worked well. Despite a huge construction project across the street, it was quiet & we felt very safe walking.

The bathroom faucet handle needed attention & the fan wasn't working.

Only reason I initially booked with the hotel was my kids wanted a hotel with a pool. When we got there the pool was closed for repairs. I feel that should have been somewhere on the website. When I told the staff he shrugged me off and went about his Day.

The breakfast had a variety of food choices. The beds were very comfortable and shower was great.

The dinning could have more of food choices. Do you offer vouchers for patients that are having surgery at Mass Eye & Ear hospital?
