Nice hotel, not far from the center.

I have to pay a fee, 50usd per day..Booking does not say that...it us not correct. The hotel charged that money witouht saying nothing in advannce, and they only return after the checkout...they day 2 or 3 bussiness days after. I left the hotel today, and now i have to wait for the refund , i hope everething goes well. How can i plan my trip if there is this unpleseant surprises.....

The bed was extremely comfortable. I was able to get a really good nights sleep. The breakfast was good but adding grits to the menu would have made it perfect. I really appreciate they had 'turkey sausage and not just pork. The staff was very welcoming and kind. They handled snobbish guests with grace and professionalism.

We just needed a 2 night stay and there was a 3 night minimum for the dates we needed. Because we have stayed here before, really like this hotel, and it is in a great location for us, we paid for 3 nights even though we only stayed 2. We would like the option of just paying for a shorter stay, if that is what our need is.

The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and very helpful with directions and things to do.

This was our first time visiting Boston. Other than the 10 minute walk to the T or busses, this hotel was perfect. Only wish they were queen beds instead of full size, but we made it work.

Great location. Walkable. Good AC. Nice shuttle to local areas (2.5 miles). 9YO loved the play area.

No microwave in the room. Breakfast $15. Showers somewhat small (handles in way while washing). PM shuttle driver called in sick and left us stranded downtown. There needs to be a contingency plan for this…anyone could have jumped in the van and picked us up!

The pool deck, with a large-sized pool, a climbing wall, pool and fuzbal tables, and a half-size basketball court. Great if you visit with kids/teens.

Rooms on the street side are quite noisy in the morning, and you might not get the room configuration you wanted.

Free shuttle to Harvard so I could attend an event there, and a bus stop across the street from the hotel for easy access coming back. The staff is very friendly. Little market in the lobby. Comfortable bed. The ability to use BOTH heat and air conditioning. I get cold easily at night, so the fact that I could use the heat in May was a huge bonus for me, and during the day I'd have it on AC. One of the best heating/vooling systems I've seen in a hotel

Updates to the room, not that it wasn't clean but it was a bit worn down with rips at the bottom of the beds and chipped borders on the mirror

The property is located near the train which is great for going right into downtown Boston. it is a 10 min ride. The game room is nice for the kids especially when it was raining.

I think the property’s rugs either need conditioning or replacement. There was an old musty smell. I didn’t like that the shuttle was down my entire stay. The restaurant was not opened Saturday evening as the menu stated. They said it will close early Friday based on traffic this is an inconvenience.

My family and I reason for going to Boston is to reconnect with family living in Boston. Our stay was very pleasant, relaxing, and the staff especially those in the bar and dining area made us feel like family. Thank you for a wonderful seven days.

The only thing we did not like is that there was only one washer and one dryer in the entire building

Good location near T stops. Easy access to downtown. Neighborhood is semi-industrial but felt safe. Not a lot of options for food but the Tavern at the End of the World is only 2 blocks away and a nice pub-like atmosphere for a drink.

No complaints
