The hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly . The rooms do supply the basic toiletries at no extra cost . I even forgot my tooth brush and they supplied me with one at no charge . The breakfast was good as well . I would definitely stay here again next time I’m traveling to this area.

The only thing I noticed in the room, was in the corner on the wall, where the garbage can was. It looks like another guest had gotten soda or something all over the wall. Seeing as it is right there where the garbage is and housekeeping does take out the trash I would think they could have wiped off the wall. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this place. Very clean

The breakfast was typical of hotel offerings. All food was as it should be and of good quality. There was a wide selection and the pancake-making machine was fun. The hotel overall was very clean and nice. Staff was friendly. Lots of parking. Pool and fitness rooms were wonderful.

The only complaint was that the bed was too hard for my liking, but the pillows were very good.

We checked in later in the evening and the night host was so kind, welcoming. We were very tired and he made us feel so welcome and comfortable right at check in.

The room was fantastic, we did have an issue with the electronic blinds so when the sun came up it was very bright in our room. We think the blind was stuck that would provide the room darkening feature.

One of the nicest and roomiest room I’ve stayed at. The breakfast was delicious and hot and fresh. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bathroom very large and comfortable and the bed was wonderful.

Had a very strange chair/ lounge in the room that wasn’t particularly comfortable to sit in and it was the only lounge chair outside of an office chair.

Everything! The facility was beautiful and well maintained. Our room was perfectly suited and accessible to my husband in a wheelchair. The staff was beyond professional and extremely helpful. The breakfast selection was ample and delicious...warm cinnamon pastries? Yes!! They were an option.

There was not a thing that I found to be a negative. The accommodations were comfortable and clean.

Food was excellent. Much better than the Hampton Inn where I usually stay.

My key stopped working. I went to reception 4 times to have it recharged. Finally, after I had wasted 35 minutes and needed to leave, the receptionist (who was the sole staff person in the hotel) decided the lock wasn't charged, but he didn't know how to charge it and couldn't reach his manager! Training would be good.

The room and building were both very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful! Our son was wanting a milk late and all that was in the pantry was chocolate, so the manager got a milk from the breakfast stash. We will definitely be staying again!

Super clean, modern, comfortable, and excellent staff (very friendly). Plus, the breakfast was definitely not just the standard boxes of cereal with milk and stale bagels. There were a bunch of cold and hot options.

My only suggestion would be that the evening snack shop offer some basic beers and/or wine. There is literally nowhere any where near the hotel to go for or get an evening adult beverage unless you want to pick something up at a nearby gas station.

Friendly staff, easy check in and check out process, clean and comfortable, good breakfast options.

Room had a slight smell on arrival, air conditioning took forever to get down to comfortable temperature.

The staff was amazing in every way! Mike greeted us and was incredibly polite and informative. The general manager Josh went above and beyond to accommodate our family and was so kind and friendly. This was the best hotel experience we have ever had! We will absolutely be returning and telling our friends and family about our stay!

There was absolutely nothing to not like! Everything was wonderful!!
