The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. As for the breakfast, a good selection of breakfast items. Unfortunately, the pancake maker was empty and I couldn't find the attendant to let her know.

It would have been nice if there was a foldable luggage rack for large suitcases or large duffel bag. I had to put my duffle bag on the dresser under the TV. The shelves in the room were too small for a large duffle bag. Also, it would be nice if the lighting over the bathroom sink was a little brighter. As for the breakfast room, the tables were not wiped down in a timely manner and the pancake maker was empty. Could not find the attendant to let them know.

For the adults Breakfast was good for the choices available.

I didn’t have a problem, the kids said there coulda been an option for waffles. Kids weren’t thrilled with the pancakes. Basically a lack of kid like options for breakfast. They resorted to PB & J sandwiches and muffins after trying the pancakes. My kids ain’t big on biscuits and gravy or scrambled eggs.

This hotel was conveniently located, making it easy for us to stop on our cross-country trip. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to rest and have breakfast before getting back on the road.

It was a little pricy; I was hoping to pay a little less since we were only sleeping and leaving early, but for the price, the hotel was nice.

Breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and next to a great pub. It is also close to a great hiking trail.

We didn't know that the staff didn't make up your room unless you stay 3 days or more. That would have been good to explain at checkout. They were always happy to get us more towels and coffee when we asked.

Clean, nice open layout in the lounging area. Loved that it had a good restaurant within the building and an event hall. Food was delicious and our waitress was great!

I think the night shift should do more checks at the coffee and tea station for a resupply and counter wipe down especially if their is a wedding or other events going on.

Nicely kept hotel within a nice distance to downtown lacrosse.

Had issues periodically with our TV which made for difficulties when spending time in the room, especially with young kids. We were offered to switch rooms, but after an already late check-in having to move an entire family wasn’t worth the hassle. Would’ve been a nice touch to have some sort of compensation at check-out, given our hassles.

Clean and new, definitely appreciated the electric vehicle charging but they need more than 2 plugs

I booked a “queen suite”, the upgraded room, but the room we got wasn’t a suite, it was just a bigger room. Might be my fault for not reading the description closely enough

The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was super friendly and personable. He really seemed to enjoy his job and was an excellent first impression of the hotel.

Parking spaces...there was a wedding and we had to park across the driveway in the event center parking because there was no open hotel parking.

bed, felt like we were laying on a box spring. very uncomfortable. lack of carpeting. not enough breakfast slim pickings and not hot. not quite, hear people upstairs walking loadly.

It was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pub! Great food!

The staff at check in and check out were not very empowered to make our stay the best it could be. I had a rate concern and all she did was give me the managers business card.
