Breakfast was ok…some variety of options -the gravy, biscuits, and actual BACON saved the day! Husband did not care for sausage. Ice Cream Social advertised (starts at 10pm—surprised by the late availability). Vanilla was only flavor option. Two cobbler choices but they had to use up one pan (flavor) before they served the next flavor option. Stairs and elevator options were good. Checkout key basket easy for departure. Very open area feel hotel is big and not cramped at all.

Although it’s relatively clean…it’s an older location. When we checked in the room looked clean but it looked like the desk area had dust that you could run your finger over (slighty disappointing) as it’s part of your first impression. The bathroom light/exhaust fan duo. Every time you turn on light you had to deal with a noise fan. We turned off each time due to fear of a fire starting.

I especially like the location! It’s close enough to everything, but not on the busy strip! This is a very clean hotel. It has a great indoor pool and hot tub. The staff is great. We especially appreciate Tanya, the lady that serves breakfast! She is a hard worker, but takes the time to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast food is always good too. We enjoyed biscuits with gravy, sausage and eggs. There is cereal and pastries too. Of course the Belgian waffles are always yummy. The dining area has windows all the way around with a view of the city and mountains in the background. The front desk staff was attentive and polite.

The mattresses were not the most comfortable and we brought our own pillows because the pillows are extremely firm. The hot tub has one tiny step and it’s difficult to find and it’s steep making it difficult to get out of if you’re petite and have arthritis.

It was quiet this time of year! Close to our main event at Sight and Sound Theater. Staff were very friendly, though they were short staffed and that was posted! Breakfast had good variety of hot items!

We found out a disadvantage of booking with a third party. We found it necessary to leave before our third night booked because we were called home at the death of my brother. The hotel would have graciously refunded that night with the allotted time notification we gave them the day before, but because we booked through Booking.com, it could not be refunded! This was no fault of the hotel. They were very sympathetic!

Lovely hotel. Clean. Could tell much care went into the decor and maintenance. Breakfast was provided. Would have liked an oatmeal station. but overall was a good breakfast selection.

Was awakened at 5 a.m. by loud voices. Don't know if they were next door or across the hall but they carried on for 2 hours, I don't know if they were particularly loud or if the walls weren't thick enough to cancel sound. But it really ruined my morning. It sounded like a large family group. And it seemed like they had just arrived. I would think that the hotel check in person would take into account that people might be sleeping at 5 a.m. and put a group like that somewhere away from sleeping patrons.

Breakfast area was very clean with numerous options. Beds comfortable and the air was really cold initially but did not cool as quickly after a few days. The rooms are very large which is nice for an extended stay. Great frig/microwave with decent TV options. Nice desk area and large bathroom.

We stayed 3 nights and did not have housekeeping even though the do not disturb was not out on 2 of those days. We did get towels at the front desk easily. Stairwell had an unpleasant odor and needed to be vacuumed/cleaned.

I like that through booking.com we got a huge discount, if it wasn't for that, we may not have booked. We loved the hours of the pool, we loved the cobbler and ice cream. The location was great for what we needed for softball tournament.

Not much, it was our fault for not having the trash taken out or clean towels brought in. Our room was never vacuumed or cleaned, but we weren't sure on the way it worked if we were in and out of the room during the day.

Since we had our own vehicle we could easily get to the entertainment strip and/ activities we wanted to. Someone without a vehicle would certainly find it difficult to get around and about. It would certainly be beneficial for Branson towers to have either a shuttle or vehicles to loan on a daily or hourly basis for the convenience of their guest. I am not sure how others without a vehicle manage to get around . I especially appreciated the help given in getting show tickets and the convenience of having our tickets delivered to the hotel. Breakfast till 10 was also nice for those of us who are not the earliest risers. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. We would definitely go back.

As I already mentioned, some kind of service to get people to their shows when they do not have a vehicle would probably be a great asset.

The location was perfect, close enough to attractions yet nestled up on a hill where you could see a lovely sunrise and sunset (I added a picture of each) We had a king room that was larger than expected, was clean, the bed was comfy and the tv had a super clear picture. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel had luggage carts which were great for out checking in & out! The breakfast offered hot & cold choices in a bright and cheery Gazebo at the end of the hall. They had a pool and hot tub in the pool house located in the courtyard area so you do need to go outside to get to it but it's not too bad. Hot Apple & Peach cobbler with ice cream was offered some of the late evenings out front where you check-in...so yummy!! I guess they don't do it all the time but it was a sweet bonus while we were guests! 🙂 There is so much to see in the area....We saw a show, did a tour, hiked a few different trails, saw the fountains and ate dinner at Branson Landing, and even played some pickleball with locals at Stockstill Park only 2 miles down the hill from the hotel.

The only thing I can think of is there wasn't any fresh fruit at breakfast which is always a nice option.

We stayed during the National Princess of America Pageant 2024, and it was so conveniently located. The 2 bed suite was exceptionally spacious! We could have had a few friends split the cost and still had plenty of room! We definitely would return for another week. They cleaned it often during our 9 day stay and they were so friendly.

Well, the kitchenette had a bit of breakfast food left in the cabinets from the previous guests. Easy to toss in the trash, but still felt a bit ick. We had our trash taken out daily, so it was no big deal.

We really enjoyed that it was close enough to everything , shopping , activities and restaurants very close and in every direction near the hotel, it was clean and our room was newly remodeled, the staff were very friendly and the heated pool was so nice to have available , breakfast was decent better than most for sure .

I didn't dislike anything about our stay but there's always room to improve continental breakfast that are served in hotels, but this one is definitely better than most, and the eggs were good and buttery not powdered and gross like the normal hotel breakfast .
