The front desk worker, Karen the evening we checked in was absolutely amazing! The biggest thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell, and it was amazing you could tell they took pride in keeping their facility clean, and there was ample lighting throughout the inside and outside of the building. The pool area was nice. The breakfast that was offered was nice and there would be options for my kids if they would have been with us which is nice.

The only down side was there was no elevator but I’m sure they do well about accommodating ones who would not be able to do the stairs.

Love the location. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We absolutely love the white comforters on the beds.They are so cool and comfy. I stay in this hotel whenever I'm in the area, visiting family. We love the indoor pool and hot tub. Always very clean.

The only thing that could be better, is if there were fresh fruit options and plain bagels( not raisin) on the breakfast bar. But I survived! Lol. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay, for an affordable price.

The gal who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. Explained well and answered our questions especially about restaurants near by. The room was nice. Always a bonus when the bathroom has such a large sink area. Nice they offer full size shampoo in the shower.

The breakfast was just ok. Very minimal but do understand it was during the week. Glad to have waffle maker as a back up option

So much better than we expected!!! Beds were VERY comfortable, air unit kept us warm and cool as needed, staff was very friendly- especially the cleaners every day (5 STARS TO THEM!!!).

It’s right off the interstate and the walls have very little insulation, so you hear absolutely everything, especially if you’re on the east side of the building. The shower curtains need replaced. Wish there was a clock in the pool area and a way to easily ventilate the pool area.

Breakfast was great! Staff was amazing! From housekeeping, maintenence, to front desk and owners. They were were all amazing and friendly. 10/10 would recommend. This is definitely where I will stay every time I visit Ozark!!!! Even did a little photo shoot with my children and new grandson on site. And the white quilted blanket on the beds are to die for! Myself and my 15 year old were actually sad to leave those blankets behind!!!

There honestly is not anything I did not like.

This was our only option of a hotel to the location we were going to. We did arrive earlier than expected. And luckily check in time was 2 pm and we had to just wait two hours before could check in. But it was ok as we got the opportunity to look around. Breakfast was good but no bacon :( And eggs were way better than the eggs we had in the previous hotel. Also, the best thing about this location was the pool and hot tub. It was the only hotel we'd gone to that actually had a warm pool. And the jacuzzi was a bonus for me. :)

Staff was nice but could have been friendlier. They could work on their friendliness. The other places we stayed at we felt welcome. There's a difference between feeling welcome and being just sort of friendly. You're the first person we meet and the last person we see when we check out. We arrive tired from our trip and we just want a friendly check in and also a quick check in.

I have never stayed at a hotel that had such friendly front desk staff. They made us feel so very welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting with them while we ate breakfast and each evening when we came in. Mariette was especially kind and we felt as though we had made a new friend.

The only complaint is that the original room we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We went to the desk and and let them know that we were highly allergic and that it would not work. She lady was very kind and promptly found us another room that worked fine. We were very satisfied and will be staying with y'all again when we are in the area.

Always clean and friendly staff. And the complimentary breakfast is good.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The side door going outside doesn’t lock so anyone can come in or out. We came back to the hotel Saturday evening after bringing out all day and there was a group of people with a big dog standing and sitting on the stairs. Not sure if they were guests of the hotel or came in from the rain.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. A hot breakfast, clean and well stocked. The room was spacious, bed comfy but the toilet was sluggish. All else was very good.

The evening clerk wasn't very friendly. She wasn't rude; just didn't give the usual pleasant greeting. The morning guy was really good.

The bed was comfy and we enjoyed the room and the breakfast 🥞🍳

The hot tub didn't seem like it was hot enough for me which was a letdown because that was one of the main reasons I booked the room but we still had a good time
